  Absolutely terrible experience at Chipotle today. I ordered my food and asked for vinaigrette, only to be given what looked like a tiny spoonful of sauce. Meanwhile, I watched other customers receive almost HALF A CUP. At that point, I had to wonder if the portion size depends on who is asking for it. 😐 When I politely questioned the amount I was given, the customer service was just as disappointing. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience for simply asking for a reasonable amount of the sauce I requested. The attitude was completely unnecessary and made an already frustrating experience even worse. I understand that restaurants have portion guidelines, but there should at least be some consistency. If one customer is receiving a tiny amount while another is getting several times more, that is a problem. I shouldn’t have to watch other customers receive significantly more and then feel uncomfortable for asking for the same treatment. I’ve had plenty of good experiences at Chipotle, but this location completely missed the mark. The poor customer service and inconsistent portions were extremely disappointing. Management seriously needs to address this!

  I was really craving Chipotle, so my husband bought me a chicken bowl, which is my favorite. However, the experience was terrible. Since I don't eat rice or beans, my bowl is basically salad and lettuce, and they gave me such a meager portion that the toppings looked like they were put on with a spray (barely anything was there). To make matters worse, the chicken was burnt and tasted bitter, making it impossible to enjoy. The bag of chips was also tiny, barely enough for my son to eat. I used to really like this place because the portions were generous, but this time it was a total disappointment. I definitely won't be coming back.

  If I could rate this zero I would. Absolutely AWFUL service. No one even spoke to me when I asked for an Izzy as I waited for my mobile order. I got to the counter and asked for the Izzy and the guy says nothing just points to the girl next to him. She doesn’t speak English I don’t think cause she said nothing to me either just pointed to the next person next to her. I get the the counter and they say 3$ - so I pay. They say “have a nice day” I’m like… uh.. where is my drink- “what?” … “my drink?” “Did you not want queso?” I look down to the queso on the counter. I’m so confused at this point- I’m like no that’s not mind I asked for an Izzy. Girl proceeds to hand me a drink cup. I’m honestly astounded at this point at the lack of effort from not one but three people up to this moment. I say “no I ordered an Izzy” the guy to the left of her says “we don’t have an Izzy?” With an attitude. I just ask for a refund and go sit down. Then I wait 10 minutes past when it is supposed to be ready - walk up to the counter to check on it, to find it’s just been sitting there BEHIND THE COUNTER- not even in the mobile pickup spot.don’t ever go here

  5 stars! I come to this location pretty regularly, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen it as busy as it was during this BOGO promotion- It was honestly kind of funny seeing just how many people showed up at once. You could definitely tell the entire team was exhausted from the nonstop rush, but everyone still kept things moving and did their jobs well. I especially have to give kudos to the grill team because despite how busy it was, the food was still coming out fresh and everything I got tasted great. The employees were also dealing with the same questions about the BOGO promotion over and over again, on top of a huge line of customers, but they still handled everything and kept the restaurant running. Even with how hectic and tiring the night clearly was, the team was still kind and working hard. Definitely give the employees some grace during promotions like this because they were WORKING 😭 They did a great job getting through such a crazy rush!

  I visited this Chipotle location for the first time today, August 4, and I can honestly say it’s the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The food line was completely dirty. Food was spilled everywhere, ingredients were mixed together, and utensils were being placed in the wrong containers (for example, the cheese spoon was inside the sour cream). One of the girls working in the kitchen was in the back eating while cooking at the same time. They were out of steak, there were no napkins or silverware available, and the dining tables were dirty. It honestly felt like the restaurant didn’t have a manager, it’s not organized at all. It’s shocking that such a new location is already so dirty and poorly maintained. To make things worse, I couldn’t even eat my bowl because it was incredibly spicy. I didn’t add anything spicy at all (just rice, chicken, and beans) yet it was still unbearably hot. Terrible service, terrible food, and a terrible overall experience. I definitely will not be coming back, and I will not recommend this place to anyone.
