  I came here and ordered 2 burritos and asked to buy a bag of kids. Chips and have those crushed up to put on the inside of the burritos, the manager told the employee to tell me that they are not allowed to do that and that I could do it myself. So I left a huge mess on my table. It wasn't intentional cause. I did throw my trash away. But since I had to unfold the burrito and refold it back, it made a huge mess, so I hope the manager had to clean it up. With such bad ratings so far, I should have just gone some other place. Maybe they need to look into getting a better manager.

  I’m literally soo sad. I love chipotle and I always go to the one in cumming i love that one. The chicken was RAW here and I’m so scared of stuff like that. I just feel like this is so unacceptable.

  Most of the employees are very nice. There are a few of them making it a habit to over charge me. They are laughing and mocking me. I don’t understand why. I think they need more training. I don’t take it too personal,because,they are just children.

  This restaurant was filthy. The bar that had all the food was discussing, food all over the place, I skipped a lot of topping that I normally get because they are all mixed together. My guacamole literally had an intact 1/2 avocado. I went to sit down and there were beans, cheese dip and toppings over every table and bench. I found a manager and asked her to wipe down a table and bench. She wiped the bench but left the table covered in other people’s meals. Very disappointed I spent $20 here.

  Disappointing service specially during dinner times. Have tried 4 times in the last 3 months. Staff is usually so disinterested and tired that kills the vibe. They lack basic energy, courtesy and focus. Either they don’t wanna be there or overworked. There are empty food serving bowls and they don’t even fill them timely or inform the customers. One time - Signature sour cream and veggies were missed on kids orders and they couldn’t eat the meal without desired taste and high spice level (without sour cream). Other time - Chips were uncooked. Couple of times - Chicken was dry and burnt. Our family loves chipotle and we were excited when this one opened near our home. But we will be skipping this one going forward.
