The chicken I got was cold and tasted like it was set out for the last six hours. It was chewy and dry. Some of the workers seemed apathetic while others were disorganized and rushing about.

As someone who has worked at chipotle this is really annoying. I went there today at 5 pm on a Monday, they were out of Al pastor chicken and when I purchased a side of queso (not like the queso for a bowl on the side but an actual full price side of queso) it was filled only half way. Mind you my order consisted of a protein cup of chicken with chips and queso. Do better
