They made it work and were super friendly throughout my many calls even though I could hear, and see eventually, how busy they were. Thanks!!

The picture of the cake on the box looks very leveled and full of kadayif and thick pistachio ice cream. But it was not, when you open the box, you receive pale green food coloring instead of pistachio drizzle dots of chocolate ice cream. In between the kadayif there is basically no ice cream, and it is not even pistachio mixed kadayif. Instead, it's mixed with green food coloring to give off the green color which it doesn't even taste good. There is no chocolate ice cream inside.There is on the side melted down, though. And most of the cake varies of that thick white cream, which is hard as rock. I do not recommend buying this if you don't like being scammed and used of your money.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
