    Subway is honestly one of the most frustrating places I’ve ordered from. I asked for bacon on my sandwich, didn’t receive it, but still got charged for it. On top of that, even when I pay extra for meat, they barely put anything on the sandwich like it’s not part of the order. Or as if it’s coming out of their paycheck What makes it worse is the customer service. I called to explain what happened and all I got was a dry “okay.” No apology, no accountability, and no offer to fix it or remake the order. Even ordering through the app doesn’t help same mistakes, same lack of care, and no one taking responsibility when something is clearly wrong. At this point, it just feels like a pattern of bad service that makes it not worth the money or frustration.

    Went in about 9:25 pm after class. Lights were on and the OPEN sign was lit. I said hello and I was greeted by a gentleman who asked me if I had a pickup, I said no. He then said they were closing. i said okay. I turned to the young lady behind the station and said hello. She asked what did I want. I said hello again, she never said anything. I said can I get a spinach wrap with steak. She asked what type of meat. I said steak again. I then asked did they close at 10? She informed me they closed at 9:30. I said oh okay because online it says 10pm for closing. She made my order, I paid and on my way out the gentleman said, right before closing the door on me that they close at 9pm. He immediately shut the door and turned off the OPEN sign. Very rude! I will not be going back. Smh.

    H O R R I B L E! Ordered $32 worth of pizza, when i got to the restaurant and said the mever got an order!!! Asked for a refund, never replied! Would give 0 stars if i could.
