    Placed a mobile order at 6:10 pm, was told in the app ready for pickup by 6:40. Showed up at 7:00 to pick it up for my family and not one of my sandwiches in sight. They said, “Oh yeah we still have to do that order, it’s kind of busy.” There was one family of 5 and one guy behind them. Not busy just not interested in working at all. Ridiculous to deal with and embarrassing.

    It was about 4 to 5:00 p.m. in the evening and it was quiet only two employees the proportions were off could use some cleaning the table was dirty didn't buy anything to drink
