  Lets start off by absolutely no greet when walking into the store. Second, nobody was at the front to take orders. By the time they got to me, a young lady says, "we can refund you tomorrow".. i asked, refund what? Then she proceeded to tell me that they didnt have dough to make my cheese sticks. My question is, how long before you notify a customer that you dont have something? They had more than enough time to fix the situation from the time I ordered to the time I got there. Instead, she hit me with the you can come back tomorrow to get a refund. I asked if there was a way to show that im getting a refund and she says she will write a "note to the manager". Now, in my opinion this is unsatisfactory because if I go back up there and have nothing to show im owed a refund and they play with me, im going to be super pissed!! The fact that they have the audacity to have notes all over the front desk asking for 5 star reviews yet cant communicate properly and not even giving 5 star customer service, baffles me. I dont think ill be coming to this location again. Especially when the workers are smirking like they dont care about how you feel even though you're spending your money in their establishment...

  I frequently visit this location but hadn’t been satisfied with my 2 most recent services due to minor issues with my orders. Following the last incident, I decided to complete a survey. When I ordered yesterday, 08/29/2026, I was pleasantly surprised to know that Sina (Syn-ah)(I hope I spelled her name correctly), had applied a credit to my order following my previous survey. I must say, she, as well as most of the staff, always tries their best to maintain professionalism if nothing else. And that can make all the difference when experiencing minor order/service issues as a customer. I assured her I would be writing a review to specifically acknowledge her professionalism, efforts, and positive attitude that have not gone unnoticed. I personally work customer service, so I completely understand the level of patience that is needed. I will definitely continue frequenting this location. Consider giving her a raise or incentive of some sort. :)

  I called to check on my order only to find it was cancelled without me knowing. The young lady WINTER, who answered the phone was so nice and understanding and made sure I still got my food. I appreciate her positive attitude, it made all the difference.

  On a WINSday we were driving around trying to get food. Most places were closing. I googled the area and called Pizza Hut. Winter answered and was very professional on the phone. We came in to order and the ordering process was easy. Winter told us 15 minutes. For the price our pizzas prepared perfectly and delicious 😋

  I ordered a pizza and waited over an hour for my order. When I called the restaurant for an update, I was left on hold for over 10 minutes with no resolution. I eventually had my Uber Eats driver call so I could speak directly with the restaurant. The employee initially told me that my order had been stolen and that they couldn’t remake it. However, they then asked for my name to look up the order, which made it seem like they hadn’t even checked the order before giving me that excuse. I was then told to contact DoorDash for a refund, despite the fact that I clearly explained that I placed the order through Uber Eats. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Between the hour-long wait, being left on hold, receiving conflicting information, and being directed to the wrong delivery service, there was absolutely no accountability or effort to resolve the issue. I honestly don’t understand how a business can operate with customer service this poor. Based on this experience, I definitely won’t be ordering from here again or Pizza Hut in general because this isn’t my first bad experience.
