- LLLocsofFoodieSep 20, 20261.0Ordered a pizza on door dash and all I got was an empty pizza, no garlic sauce no peppers. Mind you I paid extra. The quality of papa johns is astounding. Definitely has the worst service
- KTKatrina ThomasSep 18, 20262.0No acknowledgement of me or any other customers upon entering. I was there to pick up an online order. I waited over 5 minutes before an employee greeted me. Apparently there was some confusion about a phone order. Someone finally asked how they could help me. On the way out another customer expressed her displeasure with the service and I agreed with her. We both said we would not be coming back.
- AAAlexander Graves (ADG)Sep 15, 20261.0Lady at the counter was kinda rude
- JHJoshua HonoreSep 7, 20265.0Good customer service
- JMJocelyn ManningAug 20, 20261.0Unprofessional, rude, distasteful, customer service. Refused to accommodate delivery fee after I had to go pick up the food myself due to their shortcomings. My original driver hadn’t even received $20 of the $45 order I purchased. I was told the only accommodation they can make is to have the remaining delivered but without any knowledge on when & how to contact myself nor the driver. Once opting to going to pick up my food, whilst guest were at my home, I was greeted with rude demeanors & temperaments. Especially by the “manager” himself. Anyways, he’s attached below. Oh & yes, it was bad enough to report to corporate.
