  Edit..... The response was top tier guest service recovery. The prompt response, the phone call, the service, I'm actually impressed, especially coming from a fast food place. I truly appreciate the effort and guest recovery. Thank you. We ordered chicken nuggets and they came out extremely burnt. You can smell that the were overcooked. I didn't realize until I got home. Such a long day, I wasn't even in the mood to go back. I won't return.

  Terrible! Waited 15 minutes for 2 cheese burgers! Ridiculous! And then to make matters worse, you put a review here, and they direct you to a website to do the review again. And that website is terrible. It barely works! Wow! How far McDonald's has fallen!
