The guy originally taking my order said that he couldn't do it and didn't know how. I drove up to the window and spoke with the manager on duty and he insisted that he couldn't make the adjustment and wouldn't swap out the cheese for me. I even offered to pay extra if need be. I've been ordering this particular burger for weeks now at different locations and have never been refused on this order. I'm unable to digest american cheese properly so that's the main reason of me wanting the white cheddar. I've been working in customer service and retail for over 20 years and know this could've been handled totally different. I'm very displeased with the outcome, customer service, and effort in this matter. This happened on April 13th around 11:08pm.
