  I ordered French Fries and a sweet tea with lemon well they gave me unsweetened ice so that was the only problem of they would have received 4stars fries were hot and tasted really good I don't usually eat McDonald's but I if I do I always get fries and a sweet tea.

  Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional and rude service I received at South Harrison McDonald’s drive-thru this evening at approximately 8:25 PM. While I was at the speaker, the staff member asked if I was using the mobile app. When I asked for a moment to pull it up, she responded by saying, "I'm on a timer, so can you pull out of line?" I informed her it would only take a moment, yet less than a minute later she returned to the speaker and aggressively asked, "Is you ready?" When I attempted to address her attitude and asked for her name, she refused to provide it, claiming her manager instructed her to speak that way. I then asked for the manager’s name, but received no response. It appears the staff at this location is more concerned with their internal timers than providing basic customer service. I am requesting that corporate look into this matter and provide necessary retraining for this shift and the management team on site. I look forward to hearing how this will be addressed.   Worst location EVER! Everytime, in the drive- thru the customer service is horrible! The employees ALWAYS have an attitude. This location needs new management, and staff !

  I’m starting to think the employees try their best to avoid non-employees. Waiting looking at my order for 15mins as employees just walk around it and look around me.

  These people tried to kill me on 4/14/2026. I placed a mobile app order around 11:30pm, went and got my food around 12am. Not paying attention, I bit into my food a couple of times and felt something was off until I looked down and see that the food was COMPLETELY RAW. I went back to mcdonald’s for the third time this night since they got my order completely wrong the first time. For one, I ordered 3 mcchickens plain and received lettuce and mayo on all of them. Two, i ordered a QP deluxe and received whatever this is. I have had serious stomach cramps since then and plan on going to the hospital soon. I filled a complaint and all I received is a sorry message. Then I got to the mcdonald’s to get my refund and everyone acted as if they didn’t know who made this disgusting sandwich. I need to get in contact with corporate ASAP. This is UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT GO HERE.
