    A terrible customer service experience at this McDonald's the restaurant allows you to order food all the way up to 4:00 for lunch dinner even though the restaurants starts to switch over to breakfast way before that time so going through the drive-thru we're first advised that they're switching to breakfast and they're not able to do any orders even if you already have an order in place and they also advise they have no food supply to do dinner which we all know they have freezers with the food in it okay this McDonald's also advised they would not allow any substitution changes or anything didn't use the word substitution use the word change over to anything so you couldn't substitute what you already paid for you know to get breakfast instead of lunch dinner this is a poor customer service experience McDonald's has to correct this being the largest hamburger the burger joint in the freaking world this is bad this is terrible service there has to be a way if whataburger can do it they can serve breakfast and dinner at the same time they serve breakfast from 11:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. every single day and you can have their burgers they're full dinner menu 24 hours a day 7 days a week there's no reason why McDonald's cannot do the same thing McDonald's get a life and get things moving we are not living in the 50s anymore

    am deeply disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated during my visit. What began as a simple attempt to order food turned into one of the most humiliating customer service experiences I have ever had. When I asked how long the wait would be after being told to wait, I was met with what I felt was unnecessary hostility from an employee named Kayla. Rather than having my concerns addressed, I was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager. I repeatedly requested assistance because I simply wanted to be heard and treated with respect. Instead of receiving help, the situation escalated to the point where a police officer arrived and instructed me to leave. I felt embarrassed, dismissed, and completely disregarded as a paying customer. At no point did a manager come out to speak with me or attempt to resolve the issue. The experience left me feeling humiliated and powerless. No customer should leave a restaurant feeling as though their concerns were unworthy of even a brief conversation with management. I understand that misunderstandings happen, but I do not understand why no effort was made to listen, communicate, or treat me with basic dignity and respect. I am asking that this incident be thoroughly reviewed and that steps be taken to ensure other customers are not made to feel the way I felt that evening.

    Horrible service. Gave me someone else's receipt. Told me my card declined, when it actually didn't decline. I get to the window, they give someone else's food. Had to drive to a reserved parking slot, ended up having to go inside because it was over 20 minutes. Worst experience I ever had in a McDonald's.
