  Walked in and there was an unusual odor; not a smell of cleanliness. The service was slow and terrible. I ordered French toast with bacon. The bacon came out cold. The French toast tasted as if it was cooked in chicken grease. It was hard to eat. My recooked bacon was half cooked. I was so dissatisfied as a first time customer at this location. I will not be revisiting! It’s not even worth the prices.

  Today was my 1st time at the location. We chose it for a family dinner. If and when we return, I would not bring children, but it is perfectly fine for adults. Our server was nice and helpful. Our food was a mixed bag, but we will definitely be back! Our favorites were the catfish nuggets, sautéed garlic spinach, macaroni and cheese and lamb chops. Most of our food was seasoned to perfection. Those in my party who got the chicken and waffles did not particularly care for it and the jerk egg rolls were good with the sauce but sort of dry without. Overall, we enjoyed our server and food. We will be back.

  I had a great experience at Fin & Feather, thanks to Bri's outstanding service. She was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire visit. Bri made sure everything was taken care of promptly and checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Excellent customer service like hers is a big reason I would return and recommend Fin & Feather to others. Thank you, Bri, for making our visit such a pleasant one!

  I had a wonderful experience at Fin & Feather, and Bri was absolutely amazing! She was professional, attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. Her customer service really stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. It’s always refreshing to receive such genuine and welcoming service. Bri is definitely an asset to Fin & Feather, and I would highly recommend asking for her when you visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  We went for brunch on a Saturday around 1. No wait and not busy. Drinks were good. Everything looked elevated online. The place has a great vibe and look with friendly staff. Drinks and food came out quick. The food was a little bland but I'm looking forward to trying other dishes in the future. We got the stake and an omelet (asked for no mushrooms and there was tons). When i brought it up to the server she had the best attitude about it and tried to make it right (not that there was a major problem). I would love to see the evening vibes here. Side note there is automatic gratuity here which makes me worried the staff doesnt get the full amount because it applies as service charges and not as income owed to the server on paper.
