    Very very very bad place Terrible place. I waited over an hour to get my order, and in the end they made my pizza incorrectly. No one apologized for the mistake. When I asked for a refund, I was told it would take 3–4 days to get my money back. The customer service was very poor, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.Because of this experience, I may never visit Domino's Pizza again, and I would not recommend it to others. After leaving, I went to Pizza Hut, and they prepared my order in about 10 minutes. The staff there were very friendly, polite, and professional, and they treated customers with respect. The difference in service was huge.

    Your customer service is genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve dealt with. There is virtually no way to contact a real person for support, and it feels like local franchise locations are allowed to do whatever they want with zero accountability. Customers are being charged fraudulently, orders are being manipulated, and unauthorized tips are being added without consent. I had TWO orders back-to-back marked as “delivered” that were never delivered. No phone call, no attempt to contact me, no apology — just excuses and deflection. On top of that, your manager Henry was completely unprofessional and refused to take accountability for his own actions or the actions of his staff. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he dismissed the concerns entirely. This is unacceptable. Customers should not have to fight this hard to report missing orders, fraudulent charges, or poor service. Your company seriously needs better oversight of franchise locations and a real customer support system that actually protects customers instead of ignoring them.

    So this is my store I order from Everytime I do order. I have had issues in the past about my pizza being delivered late but this time when I reported it being not delivered and it was late I was told to hold on. I held on for over 15 minutes only for the manager to get the phone...would not give me his name but instead hung up in my face and wouldn't answer my calls. The pizza itself smells like marijuana and the driver expressed how she gets several compliments on the manager being rude. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. Very unprofessional. I don't know who owns this particular restaurant but they need to have better customer service skills at this location. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THERE!! PIZZA IS COLD! NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE TO GET A REFUND.
