  Horrible everything, waited over 30 minutes before we even got our drinks then proceeded to wait while be given a refund as if they were stalling to get us our food. We just wanted to leave. Lobby was full, honestly the saving grace was the manager and cashier, she was doing the best she could with the situation and lack of help

  The employee I spoke to was nice. But everything about my order was wrong. Wrong shake. Fries were so old they were chewy and cold. I asked for no tomatoes because I'm allergic. Luckily I checked because there were multiple on my sandwich. I had already gotten back on the interstate so I couldn't have them remake it. Just spent $20 on a meal I couldn't eat.

  First time, I don't care for fast food. I got there at around 4am. So of course my mind told me this food is about to be a waste of my time and money. Surprisingly, the food was fresh and hot. I got a chicken sandwich with just lettuce and tomatoes/ with side of onion rings!! Also my Dr. Pep was fresh as well. I know now where to go for late not hunger and its 24 hours.. Thank you Whataburger and special Thank you to Kaylynn!! She was nice and very helpful!! Go see my girl Kaylynn, Tell her Kwi sent you..

  This is the third whataburger in about two months that we have gotten something from the drive through and our order was wrong. We’re traveling and wanting to get home to our dogs so we did not stop to rectify it. But, am seeing a trend that operationally quality control needs to be addressed. One burger was supposed to have mustard and jalepenos only. It had stickers that said jalepenos plain—which means mustard only. Learned that in the past. No mustard on it at all and covered in lettuce tomato and pickles. Other burger had so much mustard on it, it’s all that could be tasted. We are from Texas originally so are indoctrinated in Whataburger. You can’t veer off the recipe. It’s why the franchise has them AND consistency is critical.

  This place needs a new leadership team. The manager completely ignored us when asking for her name due to them messing up our order. They let us order then told us we couldn’t order because it was one moment past the breakfast cutoff time. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. Never coming back here. Don’t waste your time or money.
