  Sonic has always had good food! Along with their slushies and snacks menu.(Mozzarella sticks, pretzel, etc.) 10/10 on a good day! 😊

  I usually don't write reviews but this was too stupid not to. From the start the young lady at the box was very rude. I ordered the footlong hotdog which comes with chili and cheese on it. I asked could I get it on the side instead of on the hotdog. Once I paid and was looking over my receipt I noticed I was charged for a "side" of chili and cheese. I asked why and the first young lady didn't know and went to get the "manager" he proceeded to tell me that I was only charged for a regular hotdog and they added it as a side order. I asked why was the "regular" and the chili cheese hotdog the same price, he stated that they were not. I showed him the receipt showing the price I was charged and he said that was the price for the "regular" hotdog. I let him know the menu has that price for the chili cheese hotdog then he stated he didn't know the prices. I was OVER it! I told him not to worry about it. Once I was home and look at the food I was very upset. The "side" of chili and cheese I was double charged for was not even enough to cover the hotdog! I will NEVER be going here again! I don't play about my money I don't care how much it is. If I could give them a ZERO for playing in my face I sure would. 5/2026 Update Because the service was so extremely bad, and the overcharge for a tablespoon of chili, I will NEVER spend my money at your business ever again. My time is priceless, and the disrespect from your manager, furthered my intent on not wanting to return. I should not have been double charged for extra when it actually came with the order. Your corporation should be ashamed of how they do business. Retrain your staff on customer relations and how to descalate situations. You have lost a customer and I don't want anything from you.

  I came to pick up a uber eats order, walked inside the store and felt hot while I waited in the store compared to outside. I can only imagine how the employees must feel, so are they sweating on people's food in there? 🤮
