  ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Pizza Hut location. I ordered a pizza using the 3-topping pizza deal and specifically selected pesto drizzle as one of my toppings. However, when I received my pizza, the pesto drizzle was completely missing. When I contacted customer service, instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and offering a reasonable resolution, I was repeatedly told that Pizza Hut no longer serves pesto drizzle and that pesto drizzle does not count as one of the three toppings in the deal. The frustrating part is that pesto drizzle is still listed on the Pizza Hut website and available through the app, which is exactly where I placed my order. If an item has been discontinued, it should be removed from the website and app rather than allowing customers to select and pay for it. What made the situation even worse was the customer service experience. The representative was reluctant to acknowledge the issue, kept arguing that the item had been discontinued, and did not offer a refund or any reasonable compensation for an item I paid for but did not receive. Mistakes happen, but the way a company handles a mistake says a lot about its customer service. In this case, I felt like I had to argue just to get someone to acknowledge that there was a problem with my order. Very poor experience — both with the order and with customer service. If Pizza Hut has discontinued pesto drizzle, please remove it from the app and website instead of letting customers order it and then refusing to honor or refund it. I expected much better from Pizza Hut.

  My first time visiting here and will never go back. Customer Service skills are horrible. The girl that assisted me needs to find another place to work.

  It’s a slow Pizza Hut. I arrived at 11:00 sharply and still waited 15 minutes for my pizza. He put the pizza in that storage thingy while i was politely waiting and then he went to the back. I wish he just gave it to me (and called my name) instead of putting it in that hot storage box or whatever they call it. However, my pizza tasted amazing so i give it 3 stars instead of one.
