I arrived around 2:58pm. I came in and sat down, waited for someone to come and take my order. It’s now 3:20 and no one came and waited on me. The restaurant wasn’t packed at all. This was very disappointing because I actually had a taste for the food
If you haven't had the filet with fried lobster, you're missing out. Our server wasn't that great, I'm guessing she was new. She forgot my salad, my husband's lobster(fried), and we never got refills of our drinks. She also charged us twice for the lobster, lol. But she was trying. We got there about 5:45-6pm as we were going to a movie, so they were not busy yet. It was my husband's first time there, so I was hoping for better, BUT the food was amazing. Y'all go and check it out. This was the Stockbridge location.

Avoided this place for many years due to mediocre foods and horrible service. Went in today close to 1:00 pm after noon rush and place mostly empty. Took perhaps 15 minutes to get seated and then the waiting began. Wife wanted a Bloomin' Onion. It was really good. Our salads were excellent and then we waited and waited and waited for our burgers. When they arrived, didn't appear fresh and we opted for to go boxes.
Friday is "prime day" but not available when we there. Perhaps clarification is in order. Prime rib evidently not available at 1 PM then when is it a v available? Please clarify.
In general, prices are out of sight expensive. My hard earned dollars more appreciated and go further at Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn's.

NOT LARGE PARTY/FAMILY FRIENDLY! On 5/30/26, after waiting in the car for about 30 minutes for a table for 6 (because they said "we're waiting on servers to clock in"), then waited 15+ minutes sitting at the table watching servers walk past my family helping everyone else and people who came in after us. It became obvious no one wanted to serve our family ( 2 adults & our 4 grandsons, ages 3 to 14) No one said hello or even offered us drinks, bread, etc. We were all very hungry, but waiting patiently. If it weren't for me stopping a hostess to ask about our server, we would have just been forgotten.
Turns out, our assigned server explained they mistakenly "gave her the table next to ours but when she saw a server there already, she kept going." Server was nice, but service was kind of slow. We opted out of ordering appetizers because last time the Blumin Onion thing was too greasy! So we snacked on bread and one drink for almost an hour, my sweat tea tasted like sugar with no tea flavor and my 8 yo grandson said his Sprite was nasty.
Took a long time for food to come out and some of the fry orders were lukewarm. My oldest grandson ordered a burger, specifically with no onions, but it came full of chopped onions like when you piss off a cook. I asked if he wanted to send it back but he was too afraid he would have to wait another long time to eat so he scraped off what he could. He was sadly disappointed and commented what if I was allergic and they did this! I ordered a sweet potato and received and a bake potato instead. My grilled shrimp was dry, not to mention our server informed me they have no tarter or cocktail sauce there and just gave me some greasy cup of buttery concoction they call their special sauce.
We were there so long, the grands were getting restless so we ended up changing our minds about dessert and took the kids to Marble Slab for icecream afterwards instead. There appeared to be a male manager in a blue shirt hanging out with the staff, leaning on the bar most of the visit. However, I feel had there been someone in management walking around checking on guests, these sort of mixups likely would not have occurred.
We did make the 3 hostesses who were at the front aware of the seating mix up as we were on the way out. We asked one of them (a young man) if he were a manager, he said no but seemed concerned and made me take him to the table we sat at. We left feeling this would likely be our last time there!

I got a 6 oz steak with a sweet potato and salad to go and it was easily the worst meal I’ve had in a while. I ordered my steak medium well. The website describes it with a little pink in the center. The steak was so burnt when I got home I had to check my bag to make sure they gave me the correct order. I couldn’t even cut into the steak it was so tough. It also had so many hard chewy parts all throughout that I had to throw out. I only got a 6 oz steak so to have to throw as much out as I did was unacceptable. The salad was not cut up which isn’t that big of a deal but once I cut my chunks up and started eating it, it was extremely bitter. I couldn’t even finish it because it was so bitter. Which happens to iceberg lettuce if it’s old or hasn’t been properly soaked. The only thing that was good was the sweet potato and the bread. The To-Go staff was great. There was a guy there that was so friendly and fun like we were just besties! I’d go back only to chat w him, I’d never go back for food. This was my first and last time wasting money with Outback!
