  Best service! My steak was cooked too perfection. The sides were fresh and very delicious. Our server made sure we had everything we needed abd then some. Your drink never runs dry and it is was served with a cheerful attitude abd a smile. I loved that we were promptly greeted and sat. Our server came right away bringing bread and taking our drink order. They even gave us plenty of time to enjoy our starters before ordering our main course. We were never rushed through our meal.

  I guess y’all hire anybody that’s desperate for a job. Customer service here is a damn joke 😂 Y’all serve dirty dishes for the bread. My entire table got their food while I waited an additional 10 minutes for my wings because “they gave it to another table as an appetizer”. And but of course they weren’t made right. No offer to comp the meal, no offer for a dessert, NOTHING. Just dirty plates and a delayed order. I am truly disappointed but you get what you pay for. I’ll go to Longhorn next time lol

  Arrived at 3 was told the wait was 5 minutes waited for 36 minutes and was never sat. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty and not busy. The host just kept walking by and never updating us on being sat. Finally just ended up walking out. Literally sitting in the parking lot right now as I write this.

  This place is trash. The hosts were extremely rude and unfriendly. The food took forever. The drink glasses were dirty. Service was terrible. We didn’t get bread, silverware or plate for our apps without having to ask. We felt like we were the last priority table out of her section. We went forever without refills on drinks even though she stopped by the table but ran off quicker than we could ask for refills. Towards the end, the didn’t even come back to the table. We had to get our own to go boxes and then we paid at the table but the server never said anything about paying that way. We just saw the device and decided to try it since she wasn’t returning. The hosts made direct eye contact with us when we were leaving and said nothing. Typically you get a “thank you” or “have a great night.” I won’t return to this location and will spend my money elsewhere when in the area. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting.

  Me and my mother-in-law went in today and we were seated over in the corner. After about 10 minutes of nobody helping us, or coming to our table, my mother in law had to go ask the hostess if we had a waiter. Finally a guy named Devon came over. My mother in law told him she liked the pins on his shirt and he cut her off and said they were part of his uniform then asked us what we wanted to drink. He acted annoyed from the very beginning. We then ordered our food...I ordered steak and shrimp, medium, and recieved a well done steak. I ate it anyways already feeling like the waiter didnt really want to be bothered with us. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting on a refill. We were then done and asked for boxes and I asked for a to go coke. He brought the boxes and our checks and I again reminded him about the drink...I gave his cash to pay for my meal and he returned back to the table with my mother in laws card, no drink and brought me no change. I asked again for my drink to go and he brought me an empty cup...I didnt really have much coke left in my cup so I was not only annoyed and put off at the fact that he didnt bring me back my change but I couldn't even get my drink. I was literally going to keep my change and simply give him a bigger bill. He sold himself short. If you dont have the personality to be a server, you may want to rethink your profession.
