  The young lightskin supervisor was struggling to run the restaurant. She need some help or some retraining. They pulled me up in the drive thru to wait on cookies. I wait, then the manager sent the new girl out w the food but no cookies. I go inside & see the manager giving attitude to customers. I let them know im still waiting on cookies. Had to wait another 15 mins. Then they give me overheated crumbled up cookies. & they had no sauce left for the chicken nuggets.

  They wouldn't wait on me said that I have to order myself. Said I don't know how to do it. So I stud there a few minutes finally walked out. Don't know if I'll try it again. Prices have gone up and size of sandwiches have been reduced.

  On the app said ice cream machine was working. Got there it was not. And they would not give me the refund from mobile order on the driveway. Bad driveway service. Why would they mark as fulfilled the order if their machine was broken? Why didn’t they just cancel the order… reporting to corporate.

  We placed a mobile app order, went thru drive thru, was asked to pull forward to the yellow pole. We then waited for 19 mins. Why customer after customer drove thru, 7 cars (that we actually counted)!!! We ordered a normal quarter pounder combo, a normal double cheese combo, and 1- regular 6 piece nuggets. That's it!!!! That was freaking itttt. What in the world could possible go wrong with a simple mobile app order.

  THIS LOCATION STOLE MY MONEY. I went here on 4/29/2026. I ordered a breakfast meal which was a chicken biscuit sandwich, hash brown, and orange juice. Which all came to 7.46. Well the girl at the window with braids charge my card 19.20, then when I spoke to them and said thats not my order they then said they would refund the 19.20 back to my card which I used. Why did these people then charge me 7.46 instead of putting my money back. I then spoke to the manager and said y'all charge me twice. So first I paid for someone elses order then mine. I said can I get my refund back in cash. She said no. I said well when will my refund be back on my card. She said it should be by tomorrow if not later today. Well next day today 4/30/2026. The money was completely taking from my card. I went to McDonald's today and spoke to another manager . A big lady and she was being aggressive with me. Because I told her my money was stolen. I even HAD PROOF. Which I will be posting. I called my bank and they told me no refund was coming through. That the charge was completed. So I'm right in front of her while on the phone with them. She then shows me a recipt with a refund. But guess what. It has a different card number from mine. That the money was being refunded to. I showed her this and she was just being nonchalant. She didn't care. So I called the police. He saw the the money was refunded to a different card than mine but he couldn't do anything because he said it's a civil matter. I even spoke to a supervisor name Chantwell. Who was absolutely no help. It's as though nobody there understands how cards work. When you refund money. IT GOES BACK TO THE SAME CARD YOU GIVE THEM NOT A DIFFERENT ONE. So they are stealing money here at this McDonald's. I will be reporting this. Because they don't care. By the way I'm pregnant and almost due. I shouldn't even have to go through all this. Don't hand them YOUR CARD. USE CASH ONLY HERE. They have some type of scam running here. Update:...!!!! I finally received my money back plus all 27.00 of it. Yes I know it's only 27.00 dollars but I won't allow NO CORPORATION OR ANYONE steal and get away with it. I went to God and he handle it. Hallelujah. I spoken to corporate at McDonald's and I disputed it and got my money back. Still I will warn BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. DONT GIVE YOUR CARD. AND RECORD EVERY TRANSACTION WITH THEM. SO YOU CAN HAVE PROOF. I have been doing it with everything now. Anyway God bless and have a wonderful night.
