  Took 30 minutes to get just a hamburger with ketchup and cheese only... and drinks were over flowing so much.

  I go to McDonald’s a lot even if it’s just for Coffee or a Tea. But I’ve always had issues when going to this location which really frustrates me as it’s the closest to my house. Their shake machine is NEVER working and most of the time the Frappe machine is down. Every time I order food something’s off like the fries are cold or appears to be re-cooked. This last time I ordered it w/ no salt (bc I have to cut back on my salt intake for health reasons) and felt as if they added extra salt…. I ordered a happy meal and they left out the apples…. And if u bring it to their attention they get an attitude w/ u. I hate complaining abt companies I really do but it’s starting to get ridiculous that I choose to drive further away just to go to a different McDonald’s or a different restaurant—especially if I want a milkshake!! I’ve tried reaching out several times and it just seems pointless….I am definitely over it. It’s just really sad to know that when I go to this location I will always know and expect for something to happen….. I used to be hopeful but that hope is fading away and fast…..

  This is, by far, one of the BEST McDonald’s I’ve visited. Being prior service, I’m used to the top service fast food restaurants being on established bases. There are only a few civilian McDonald’s that can compare. However, I previously mentioned McDonald’s by the airport on Virginia Avenue that was doing a great job with customer service. But, this McDonald’s definitely gets rated with great service from me as well. They are FAST, courteous and trained. Nobody is out of order or out of place. The restaurant is clean and the food is hot and ready. I came in here today to celebrate a personal financial milestone and just needed somewhere to chill. From the moment I walked in, I felt at peace. Not a lot of foot traffic, but definitely a great stop if you’re passing through.

  I have yet to understand why this location can never get anything right!! They always serving cold food! If you send it back you still get cold food this is why I stopped eating it in the first place!! Then customer service is so horrible ugh I’m never eating here again!! Hire some new people!!

  Gotta be the quest worst McDonald’s in the nation. No one in line, sat at the order window for 5 minutes. No one ever came to take my order. Prior visit I was pulled up for fries and tenders only for them to both be cold, what did I wait for? Over this location. Put something else here. Convenient location, worthless service. East lake pkwy is a million times better.
