The manager female and guy working with a beenie hat thing on his head at this moment just represented your brand in thee worse way and made you look real bad. I wanted to purchase some donuts. I also wanted to charge my phone. I was strolling around the app and looking up certain things and they just started being nasty and trying to provoke me to an argument. Is this who you want representing your Brand? Is this the look you'd like to have as a well established brand thats been around for so long, a brand that brings and has brought a little cheer to our world with the variety of selection donuy or how we get excited to see the hot sign on. Did they get any management training? Do they receive follow up training on how to approach or handle situations without trying to provoke a person to anger or outrage. Training on De escalating rather than escalating? A person can not assume every one is the same. I am surely disappointed bc I wanted some donuts but decided not to patronize this particular establishment. As a customer I was just made to unwelcome and bullied by 2 of your employees. I wasnt causing a scene or bothering anyone, I was literally strolling the app and website to what and how I wanted to order before grabbing my charging phone and leaving. I guess my sitting there not disturbing the peace, disturbed the peace. 🤷🏽♀️ These two showed what it looks when people are not used to having anything or being in a position of authority. 120 Hwy 138 W, Stockbridge, GA 30281 is the location Im standing outside of right now writing this. I mean the guy went back as far to say he looked at the camera to see what time I came and how long id been sitting in there minding my business preparing to patronize your establishment. It hadn't even been an hour just yet.

I grabbed a glazed donut and a maple bar, and both were really good. The staff seemed friendly and got orders out pretty quick even though it was a bit busy. The place was clean and had a nice local feel to it. Prices were fair too. Definately a spot I'd come back to when I'm craving something sweet. Overall, a good experience and worth checking out if you're in the area.
