  Bread is to thick on pizza for my tast... They do not serve thin crust... The wings was ok...

  Just had the best Calzone in my life!! Johnnys Pizza rules. The staff was so friendly and everyone in the building looked happy. I for sure will be back. It’s rare that businesses have customer service anymore. This place actually does!! Highly recommend!!

  Jennifer was our server for a late party of 12. But her customer service skills was A1! She made us feel right at home. Not to mention the pizza was Awesome!!!!! Bathrooms were clean. It made my nieces graduation dinner enough better. Im not giving 5 stars, im giving 10 stars. Bravo. P.S. I was in charge of choosing a great pizza spot and I remember going to the Johnny Pizza that was in Downtown Decatur years ago. So I picked them. And they did not disappoint.

  I’ve always enjoyed coming here, which is why today’s experience was so disappointing and honestly uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in this morning, the atmosphere from the staff was negative and unwelcoming. As soon as we entered, multiple staff members were openly sighing, groaning, smacking their teeth, and complaining about having customers who wanted to dine in. Instead of greeting us or making us feel welcome, they were visibly irritated that people were coming in. Mind you, there was only one other table in the restaurant.They were rolling their eyes and complaining back and forth about who was going to have to serve our table. What made it even worse was that there was already another table seated before us that still had not been attended to at all. After several moments of visible frustration and attitude from the staff, Brissa G eventually came over to our table. From the very beginning, her tone and body language were passive-aggressive and rushed. Instead of introducing herself politely or greeting us like most servers would, she immediately said, “Real quick, what do y’all want to drink?” in a very rude and impatient tone. It genuinely felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by being there. Throughout the entire experience, every interaction with her felt uncomfortable. The few times when she remembered us and came to the table, she would roll her eyes, sigh, or act visibly annoyed. There was no friendliness, professionalism, or basic customer service. It honestly felt like she wanted us to hurry up and leave as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just her attitude either, the overall energy from the staff was negative the entire time. What really stood out to me was seeing another table come in shortly after us and witnessing the exact same treatment. Before the two gentlemen at that table even had a chance to sit down comfortably or look at the menu, Brissa G was already rushing them by immediately asking what they wanted to eat. The men literally had to tell her, “We just sat down.” Watching that interaction confirmed that the behavior we experienced wasn’t an isolated incident. I understand that restaurants can get busy and stressful, but customers should never feel unwanted, rushed, or like a burden for simply dining in. The lack of professionalism, hospitality, and respect from the staff today completely changed the atmosphere of a place I normally enjoy visiting. I truly hope management addresses this because no customer should have to experience that kind of treatment.
