    If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered through Uber Eats THIS IS THE SECOND TIME the STORE has drastically messed up my order! The first time I ordered 4 items 2 of the items were with chicken AND THEY WERE OUT OF ALL CHICKEN. This time I ordered Big John’s with no lettuce and add John’s peppers and a strawberry lemonade I RECEIVED NO PEPPERS and 3 pieces of meat on my sandwich and an EMPTY CUP WITH A STRAW. They need a completely new staff at this location OR they need to shut it down. This is ridiculous! I’m sick of this place! It’s unfortunately the closet to my house. JJ’s is my favorite sandwich place but this location is horrible. The owner is clearly not doing anything about this mess from all the other reviews I’ve read.

    Has a bunch of signs of saying drive-thru broken? How can the drive-thru be broken? There's a window it opens looks like they're short-staffed

    Food is always good, always fresh. But there is this man that was so short and rude. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him by trying to figure what we really wanted. I’ve always had a great experience coming here but today was just not the day. The man’s name is will and he was just not a nice and pleasant guy.

    I’m not used to having a bad sandwich experience from this location, which is why I wanted to share feedback. Unfortunately, today’s sandwich was disappointing. The bread was burnt and hard to bite into instead of being soft like it normally is. There were also specific requests for my sandwich that I had to repeat to the employee even though everything was clearly listed on the ticket. I understand there may have been training taking place today, and I completely understand that everyone is learning, but it felt like the process could have been managed a little better to ensure order accuracy and quality. Overall, the sandwich was not good and did not meet the usual standard I’ve come to expect from this location.
