    When in about 8 PM for the very first time ever and just met nothing, but attitude was not crowded. One guy walked out when I walked in, and I was the only customer.\n Tried to tell him it was my first time ever. And ordered wheat looked like a regular sandwich instead of a sub\n Ask for extra on my wife's sub. And it was put onto my sandwich and not on hers so first experience was not the best, but I will try it again cause the food did taste pretty good. Thank you

    Showed up at 7:45 on a Saturday night and both employees look really annoyed that I was even there I just pulled Out of there and went to firehouse.

    Dropped by to pickup a to go order and walked to where it said "pick up". Then told the guy working I was there to pick up an order and he says "It's right up front you walked right past it." with a very rude tone and vibe. He didn't say anything else. I guess I should have known that the pick up sign is just for looks and that the order could just be anywhere.

    Highly disappointed after waiting for my tuna sandwich which I wanted it toasted. The heavy set guy called me back to the cash register and tells me I own more money and I ask him for what and he says for my toasted sandwich. But he couldn't explained how much. So he changes the entire order and still explaining it I'm still not understanding what he's allaying about the wrong sandwich. So after Blum husband ask him how much he tells us .50 cents. We were pissed. So he expected us to swip our card for .50 cents instead of just giving us our sandwich's. The young girl who rung us us never turned around to apologize or just say it's already fixed but next time this is how it is but she didn't know either. Never again will they get my service. I didn't know jj charged for toasted sandwiches. We went eight down to firehouse subs and a they weee laughing like who pays for a toasted sandwich.

    If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered through Uber Eats THIS IS THE SECOND TIME the STORE has drastically messed up my order! The first time I ordered 4 items 2 of the items were with chicken AND THEY WERE OUT OF ALL CHICKEN. This time I ordered Big John’s with no lettuce and add John’s peppers and a strawberry lemonade I RECEIVED NO PEPPERS and 3 pieces of meat on my sandwich and an EMPTY CUP WITH A STRAW. They need a completely new staff at this location OR they need to shut it down. This is ridiculous! I’m sick of this place! It’s unfortunately the closet to my house. JJ’s is my favorite sandwich place but this location is horrible. The owner is clearly not doing anything about this mess from all the other reviews I’ve read.
