    I just did a mobile order and they gave me everything like they don’t know how to read. They made mistake with all my order and then they have an attitude with it.

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Dunkin’. I waited about 40 minutes in the drive-thru even though there were only two cars ahead of me. They eventually left because the wait was so long. When I finally got my order, the food and drinks were not good. I also didn’t receive a receipt. When I asked about a missing item, the employee seemed confused and didn’t know how to check the order. After spending almost an hour there, I decided to leave instead of waiting even longer for a drink. Overall, the service was very slow and disorganized. I hope they can improve because this experience was really disappointing.

    I'm just going to say this, first off the people inside are extremely professional and this rating isn't in regards of those inside. It's in regards of the corporate office, I one starred the app because I spent $42 and it said to make an account to get 420 points "10 points each $1" but that's not the only issue... I made the account and it didn't show up in my order history, then when I went to the store they had half of the order but not the full order. The reason was because the Boston creams are always out, corporate can't even decide how many items to restock so that way they're not out. So when I asked for a refund they said I would have to do it through the app, or online, in which I couldn't do unless I went to the bank itself. This was on a Sunday so how am I supposed to contact anyone to get a refund? So I hope that this gets famous, just to let corporate see How stupid they are at even simple decisions. The fun example is the app that after downloaded on my phone wouldn't show up on my phone. I tried to search for it on my local files and couldn't find a single thing, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were also stealing information. Corporate can't even get someone to make a proper app that functions as it says, where's my points at that I was supposed to get? Why is it that I couldn't do a refund at the store and instead how to go through the app. So instead of getting two dozens 50/50 of Boston cream and Bismarck. I instead had to get jelly donuts with NO Boston cream at all, all because I couldn't get a refund because of a crappy app... I will say this again, those who work here are very nice and kind. It's just corporate wants to do everything so cheaply like Ford making vehicles, they already shrunk the size of the donuts. I also just realized something, why is it that they have a promotion for any orders past 1:00 p.m.? Why is there a time limit in order to just get points, I thought this was more of a breakfast company.
