- LHLatrena Humphrey5 days ago2.0I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meal with a coffee, five sugars and two cream on the side and a medium Pineapple dragon, fruit sprite. This is what the order taker put down for my order. What shocks me is that the location actually put these five sugars in my sprite! When I mentioned that I had a coffee with my meal, I was advised it was not on my order. With with a manager standing there in view. Clearly, there was some mixup because five Additional sugars in an already sweet Sprite is a bit off, however, mistakes happen. But another shock was instead of them extending good customer service and giving me the coffee as a courtesy for the error I was charged for the coffee at the window. So not only did I not get the discount for having the Coffee with the meal as a meal price, but there was no extension of customer service for the mistake of the order taker. I pay attention to how I’m treated when things are done well and also when mistakes happen. I will not be returning to this location.

I decided to go in to the dining room and order, but even with a supervisor standing over the order taker, the order was wrong. When you get to work with the wrong order, its too late to bring it back. They usually want to blame it on DoorDash, but based on my experience, DoorDash has nothing to do with it.

I am always happy to see her working because I know my order will be taken correctly and the service will be fast and professional. She consistently goes above and beyond to make every customer she takes care of feel valued and she always makes my experience sooo great. Employees like Ewa are a big reason I keep coming back to this eagles landing location. She deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service and hard work especially in this hot weather!

She just delivered a baby via c-section and was hungry so I ordered cfa via delivery on the cfa app. It outsourced to DoorDash but everything still ran through the cfa app because I don’t use DoorDash, never have. I input the CORRECT delivery address and left instructions on where to go. I completed the order and it then says a different delivery address 10 minutes in the opposite direction. I used the support app to ask if it had the correct address and it told me it did and showed me the address I entered and it was correct but still showed wrong in the app. After one Dasher canceled the pickup order and waited longer for another to pick it up, they then proceeded to deliver it to the wrong address like I suspected. The Dasher turned around to deliver my order to the correct place after an hour. I tried contacting the cfa app support and the guy told me they could not refund me and the order wasn’t late yet because it hadn’t been inputed as “delivered.” He then suggested I make sure the correct address was put in next time and ended the chat. Ridiculous. I at least wanted the delivery fee refunded but all the guy did was change the address to the correct one, after I already personally contacted the DoorDasher to do that. This is why I never use these delivery apps, absolute trash. Ordered around 7:14 and said originally 15-30 minutes delivery and I thought being 5 minutes away, it would be quick. Didn’t get my order til about 8:15-8:20.
