  I ordered from the wrong restaurant. I was on the other side of town. I drove to the store I ordered from totally prepared ro eat ice cold food. The awesome staff remade my order for me even though it was my fault ni am super appreciative of their willingness to make the situation right even though it was my fault. Amazing job. As always the food was made to order and truly scrumptious. I could not express how amazing this store is. Thank you!

  Almost freaked out, because we did not check our food beforehand and when we got home, our food said spicy chicken biscuit sandwiches, but we later realized it was only the incorrect label.

  If you’re heading to this Chick-fil-A, do yourself a favor and hope that Ashley is on the clock. I’ve had my fair share of chicken biscuits and waffle fries, but I have never had an experience quite like the one she provided yesterday! Most people just ask for your order, but Ashley brings a level of wit and humor that actually makes waiting for food the highlight of your day. She had me laughing before I even got to the "My pleasure" part of the transaction.It’s rare to see someone so genuinely excited about providing a great experience. She wasn't just taking an order; she was on a mission to make sure it was the best visit I've ever had. Ashley was very knowledgeable about the menu.Whether it’s the perfect sauce pairing or a specific menu hack, she’s like a walking encyclopedia of deliciousness. Chick-fil-A is known for "above and beyond" service, but Ashley just set a whole new bar. If there’s an award for "Customer Service MVP," someone get her name on the trophy immediately. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location—mostly just to see what she says next!

  It was our first time here, so we decided to sit down at the side that waits on you. Thought it would be just as quick, that was a mistake. Took a lot longer than expected. Food was great and the menu is skewed slightly so I understand the extended wait. Cool place for kids has a train in the ceiling.

  I always have an issue with this particular Chick-Fil-a! Tonight I ordered an ice cream in a cup. I received milk and cookies in a cup! The ice cream was completely melted. When I called up to the store they said I probably sat in the drive thru too long and the associate didn’t realize it. Which is false I was only in the driveway 2-5 minutes. When asked to speak to the manager he didn’t take the situation serious wanted me to come back to the store for an ice cream cup when the store closes in 5 minutes. Unprofessional and poor service to say the least
