  Tried to get a coffee here. Ive heard such great things, and made a special trip to come here. I wanted an iced coffee with cream no sugar and 2 pumps of French vanilla. The girls at the drive through continued to say she didn’t know what I’m talking about. I tried to explain that sever times, and she laughed in my face multiple times. So I ended just leaving, because my order was wildly simple. Find better employees.

  Hey hey hey I love this place I drive from Conyers to go here at least three times a week One of the workers that I've come in contact with were very nice and kind always. 👍💯❣️

  I've been to this location twice now and both times the experience was not good. The coffees I have gotten have just been nasty both times. I get the same drink at other locations and it's amazing but I just can not seem to get a good drink from this one.

  Waiter with blond hair and glasses skipped my car and went to one that came after me. By the time my car got to the front to place the order, I said never mind and pulled off. The place need more diversity and order. I hate to say this, i truly do but… well… bp… know what I mean..smh

  We enjoy 7 Brew and if there is one near by, we will stop by and pick up drinks. Now this shop was not a normal experience for us at a 7 Brew. When we pulled up, the wait was a little more than normal though not extreme. We did notice that there were no team members taking orders of waiting customers like every other shop does. When we were the second car in line, a team member finally came to take our orders. This is where everything went downhill fast. We are not certain if it was a new team member or what, though they had the hardest time taking our orders. We ordered four (4) simple drinks, drinks we order commonly. It took repeating each drink several times for the team member to understand what we wanted. We also had rewards available, yet the team member did not offer it to us. When we pull up to receive our drinks, it was an extended period of time waiting (5+ minutes, average time <2 minutes). We received our drinks and pulled away before tasting them, and we were very disappointed with all of them. Two drinks tasted like plain cappuccinos without any flavor, one the flavor was so weak and thinner out, it tasted like diluted milk with a splash of coffee, and last one was like drinking a frozen coffee slushy that they forgot the flavor. Now this will not stop us from visiting other 7 Brew shops, though we will not be back to this shop again.
