  Terriona is an awesome young lady. She went above and beyond to make sure that we knew about the delays in our order. The entire staff has been amazing tonight.

  We sat for over an hour in a drive through of less than 10 cars that were not moving (A monday night at 10:11pm and left at about 11:30pm). It took maybe 20 minutes per car if not more. When we finally recieved the food (only 3 things), it was not warm and it was all soggy. We had to go home to heat it up to even eat it. We come here fairly often as we both get off work late, but this experience left such a bad taste in our mouth we wont be returning.

  They are rude and I been here since 11:27 pm and it’s about 2:00 in the am they have a very long line for no reason they are sitting around laughing and playing if I can give them 0 stars i will NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!

  I came to the taco bell on 729 Northside Dr E in statesboro. Ive sat in the drive thru for an hour and a half waiting for my food that I ordered on the app I finally get to the window and ive sat here for 30 minutes watching them take order after order to the counter I asked how much longer its going to be and she says I dont know we are pushing out door dash orders like why cant they alternate im so damn pissed off im not an hour late for work im about to tell them to just cancel my order.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. And an absolute waste of my time. Maybe it was just the time I came but come on man there’s no need to act that way towards customers especially since I wasn’t even being rude. Didn’t even get my food after waiting for more than two hours.
