  Today August 14, 2026 I sat at the speaker to order for 30 minutes, the line wrapped around to the road no one came to the speaker I left 1 hour later I come back , I'm 3rd in line no one came to the speaker people was driving off. Worker out side on there phone. This is very bad for business. If there was something wrong someone should have said something. I have had.better business there before but you gotta know not only who you're hiring but what you're hiring. Maybe things will be better next time.

  I ordered 7 items from the drive thru one of which was a smash burger. When I got the food home I had a burger with nothing on it but two beef patties. No jalapeños no lettuce no cheese. These days o expect to get what I pay for and this was totally unacceptable they need to do better

  Ordered online then went there to eat. Took a little time but the food was freshly cooked and delicious!

  We popped in to pickup a mobile order, ended up waiting for 40 minutes and are still waiting as I type this for TWO DRINKS!!! I understand it’s busy but there is no reason to take 40 minutes. Meanwhile we watch while employees are walking out to their cars to get phone chargers or vapes. only one employee here is showing any sense of urgency at all.

  They told me they didn’t know they were open yet at 1045 and online it said they opened at 10 I saw 3 cars pull out the drivethru with no service before I pulled up to the window and started knocking I don’t know if they were taking naps or what but it was indeed crazy to me
