  Fix your ice cream machine it is ridiculous that it has been broken for more than 3 months when that is all sonic is good for is the drinks and can't even get ice cream during the hottest part of the year. Do better sonic fix your machines.

  Probably the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. They did not honor happy hour and STILL messed up our order. We only ordered three of the same drink and one cherry limeade.

  Today August 14, 2026 I sat at the speaker to order for 30 minutes, the line wrapped around to the road no one came to the speaker I left 1 hour later I come back , I'm 3rd in line no one came to the speaker people was driving off. Worker out side on there phone. This is very bad for business. If there was something wrong someone should have said something. I have had.better business there before but you gotta know not only who you're hiring but what you're hiring. Maybe things will be better next time.

  We popped in to pickup a mobile order, ended up waiting for 40 minutes and are still waiting as I type this for TWO DRINKS!!! I understand it’s busy but there is no reason to take 40 minutes. Meanwhile we watch while employees are walking out to their cars to get phone chargers or vapes. only one employee here is showing any sense of urgency at all.
