  Ordered on the mobile app for pickup at a specific time, 3:40. Sat in the designated mobile pickup spot for 30 minutes before I was told that the store is drive thru only. I don't care that the store is drive thru only, fine, whatever, but they need a sign or something. I should not be sitting in my car for 30 minutes for no reason. Absolutely terrible service. There's already a whole bunch of negative reviews about this same issue. Put out a sign! Or fire management! I don't care but do something about it

  Got a drink 2 ice cream frys and moz apparently that's too hard she told our money gave us the frys closed the window when she finally came back I asked wee our drinks was she rolled her eyes and gave us the ice cream. Closed the window again when she came back I said our drink? And she rolled her eyes again when I told her she can stop rolling her eyes at me she said she would if she wanted too and slammed the window shut. I tried to call low and behold the number listed is no good won't do that again.

  They've apparently stopped using car hops which they rudely bark at you if you try to use a stall.

  Pulled up to order take out last week. First tried to order a burger and was told that they didn't have any smash burgers because they were not prepared from the night before. Tried to order a soft pretzel and they didn't have those because the truck hadnt come yet. Then ordered a milk shake and the ice cream machine was down. Went back today and ordered a milk shake and was told I would have to have the exact cash or they couldn't fill that order and that they couldn't take cards...,🤬😡...WTH

  On 7/25 I ordered a large drink for mobile pickup , waited for about 15 minutes and pushed the button , nobody answered me. I got out of my car and walked to the employee door and someone rudely told me they were drive thru only currently , I ended up getting a refund through my debit card but the app and restaurant were unhelpful. Today on 8/2 I ordered ahead of time for some blasts and a slush , it said ready at 6:04 , I checked in at 6:02 , got my order at 6:30 and everything was already melted when she brought it to my car. This is the worst sonic and possibly the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. It hasn’t always been this bad but a few months ago something changed and now everything takes forever and the employees act like you’re an inconvenience for coming here. Management please work on this , Sonic is a very popular spot in a college town and this one is terrible!
