    Store opens at 7am. Placed order and arrived. No one is at the restaurant 40 minutes in. No employee cars present. Store was still closed. Other customers showed up attempting to order as well. I had to wait til 8am til corporate customer service was open to request refund.

    I’ve ordered here a good bit, usually just a small mozzarella stick/slush, and usually no issues. Sometimes the pretzel will be rock solid, but no major issues. Today, we ordered small mozzarella stick, cherry limeade slush, and Oreo blast. Placed the order, drove over, checked in, and waited 15 timed out minutes (4:48-5:04) before receiving our order, watching other mobile orders who arrived after us, who ordered more, receive their food first. Whatever, I work fast food, but then when we receive our food, the mozzarella sticks are lukewarm and stiff, the blast is melted, and the slush is a soda. We enter the drive thru and got the slush remade, and drove away, but when I took the first bite of my blast, it immediately tasted chemically and plasticky. At that point I called the number on the receipt, spoke to a manager who was kind about everything and got my blast remade without the plastics. My boyfriend tasted both to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Not the worst, but not the best. Sometimes we wait a significant chunk, sometimes we don’t. I am appreciative of the support from the manager and team for remaking the food, but it was also w 15 min of prep time..

    I showed up to the mic sat there for a good 10m before finally saying hello bc nobody was there. We watched employees get out of their car reeking of Mary Jane and smoke billow8ng out of said car as they got out. The smell was so intense my kids asked what it was. I asked for TWO orders or mozzarella sticks 2x I said this. I get to the register she only gives me one set and then tries to say well we didnt add it so now you have to pay and didn't give me a receipt to even check if I paid for one or two. Plus used a credit card so wont know till my next statement which I will be checking. Im all for supporting Mary Jane use but not while you are at work at a "family friendly" spot no less..... April 18, 2026 around 9ish give or take a fre minutes

    Great food from this place. I placed an order in the Drive-Thru line recently and apparently it was difficult for the young lady to understand what I was saying, or she was doing too many things at once and I kept having to repeat myself because she kept getting it wrong. We finally arrived on the same page and I pulled up to the window and gave her $5 for a $4.71 total. She took the $5.00 bill, opened the window back up and gave me 25 cents and said "we don't have any more pennies". And just stared at me and I stared back and said then you just give me a nickel. She stared a little more, quickly opened the window gave me my nickel and quickly closed the window. I did yell in a loud voice thank you so very much because I wanted her to hear my gratitude. Although the gratitude was not without not without sarcasm! Common sense. Just plain common sense.
