Went an asked when will they have cinnamon rolls because every single visit i attended to the store they seem to never ever have cinnamon rolls available. Asked the lady in drive when will they be back she caught a nasty attitude and mumbled she don’t know ! Definitely recommend better service

Almost all of the labels in the display case are wrong and they almost never have any of the specialty donuts they advertise. Myself, husband and son got an assorted dozen to share. The woman who served us had no idea which donuts were what in the display case. We ended up with several that we did not want or ask for. Will not come to this location again.

I went about 4:00 Tuesday April 28th and got a half dozen. Got home and realized they didn't give me what I paid for and all 6 donuts were rock hard.I paid $15:00 for terrible donuts.Ugh so aggravated!!!!!

The specialty selection was fully stocked, fresh, and well prepared, while the staff remained warm and courteous throughout the visit. However, service was sluggish, with a 25-minute wait for two drinks & the broken blender meant frozen options were unavailable. The drinks that did arrive were noticeably bitter. Most concerning was the cleanliness. The dining area was untidy & the viewing windows into the donut-making area were visibly dirty as well, making me concerned about the rest of the cleanliness of the rest of the process, leaving an unfortunate impression overall.
