    Well, was it Krispy? We have not been to a Krispy Kreme in a long time but when we saw the summer flavors we had to try them. Unfortunately they were out of the strawberry. But we got the Key lime pie, lemon bar and cannoli. We started off with the lemon bar, which for me ended up being my favorite. Id say a 4 out of 5. The key lime was next, I did not really get the key lime flavor I was expecting, in fact I didnt get any key lime flavor. The cannoli was subpar. Nothing to fantastic about that. Overall the lemon bar was good, the other two were not worth the hype.

    Enjoyed a coupon f om the app today and received a dozen glazed donuts for $2. They were not "hot and ready" but they were still delicious.

    This place is a downright joke. I tried it once after it opened and thought that maybe it was to busy and thats the reason its soooooo slow. Walked in again to get some doughnuts today and stood in the line of just myself for 10 minutes and was just ignored. Watching employees walk in all over and look at me and not a word. I know children in restaurants that would at least say "well be right with you!" Not this place. Now i understand why its even open because it just makes doughnuts that go to stores. They didnt even have the special limited edition doughnuts that are advertised everywhere. This place sucks and its empty for a reason!! DO NOT GO HERE EDIT: They respond and want me to go to thier website to leave a review. We'll i was way ahead of them. The only way to leave feedback with them is through the US mail!! Lol. What a joke

    We visited the Krispy Kreme in Statesboro yesterday afternoon and were very disappointed with the overall experience. Statesboro is a good-sized college town with plenty of people who enjoy more than just the original glazed donuts. My wife, kids, and I specifically came hoping to get some of the standard specialty donuts, especially the custard-filled varieties, but they were completely out. In fact, the only filled donuts available were flavors like lemon and raspberry, which our family doesn't care for or the He-Man collection. Because the selection was so limited, we ended up purchasing some of the premium-themed donuts that cost extra, including items from the He-Man collection. Unfortunately, they weren't very good and didn't justify the higher price. It was frustrating to feel like we were paying extra simply because the donuts we actually wanted were unavailable. To make matters worse, there were no Hot donuts available. Some of the donuts on display appeared to have been sitting for quite a while, as the glaze had started to wrinkle. When we got home, several donuts had a dense, doughy texture rather than the light, airy texture Krispy Kreme is known for. My wife noticed the difference immediately as well. One thing I do want to compliment is the employee working the counter. She was polite and professional, even though she could tell we were frustrated with the situation. However, she could have offered the premium donuts at no upcharge since they were out of the others. The location itself is easy to access, has plenty of parking, and the building serves its purpose. However, inventory management seems to be an issue. We spent much of the day in the shopping area and drove by several times, yet the Hot Light was never on once. It felt like the store produced most of its donuts early in the day and then simply sold cold inventory for the remainder of the afternoon. I understand that businesses occasionally run out of products, but when customers can't purchase the items they come for, it would be nice if comparable donuts were offered at the same price rather than requiring an upcharge for premium selections. Overall, this visit was disappointing due to the limited selection, lack of fresh donuts, and the feeling that we paid more for products we didn't actually want.

    Let me start off by saying I went in the restaurant and then I decided to go through the drive-thru because it looked like it was moving a little faster. Would that be inside I'm at the drive-thru window the first thing I order is a dozen of glazed their most popular item and guess what they didn't have that's right no glazed donuts and then I asked if I can get the spring dozen will two glazed donuts come with that so they didn't have to glazed donuts they also didn't have two blueberry cake donuts and they also did not have no banana pudding donuts. I got to choose from four other donuts they were from the he-man collection cuz that's pretty much all they had. And it has been like this my last three visits with this place then when I get to the window the lady tells me it is $27 in change I said wait a minute why is it $27 when the special is only 20 which is absolutely crazy to pay for a donut since it takes $0.03 cents to make a donut. The girl at the window tells me will you have substitutions I said that is not my fault that y'all did not have the donuts why am I paying extra I should be charged regular price that is y'all's mistake.. and then she proceeds to close the window in my face and I hear her yell out to the manager this white lady like why was dad even necessary don't want to pay she said it's our fault then she flung the window back open told me it was $22.00 at this point I just paid the $22 and she literally shoved the donuts out of the window when we get home deliberately she took the donuts that were substituted and slipped them upside down to where the crumble part was on the bottom .. I've never been one of these people I'm still so mad about this I'm calling the corporate office
