    I wanted to take a moment to recognize Emma, who has been absolutely phenomenal during what has been an incredibly difficult time for me and my family. I’ve been at the hospital for the past three consecutive days while my grandmother has been fighting cancer. One of the closest places to grab something to eat has been this Jimmy John’s, and every day I’ve walked in, Emma has been there. She has made my sandwich each time, and what might seem like a simple interaction to someone else has honestly meant so much to me during a very challenging few days. I have a tomato allergy, and Emma has been consistently attentive to my order and my needs. What really stood out to me was that she remembered my order from the previous days. Walking in and having someone recognize you, remember what you need, greet you with a smile, and simply show genuine kindness can provide a much-needed moment of normalcy when life feels anything but normal. On top of that, the sandwich has been consistently fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what I ordered every single time. That kind of consistency matters, especially when you’re exhausted, stressed, and spending your days at a hospital. Emma may not realize it, but her kindness, professionalism, and consistency have given me a few small moments of appreciation and a reason to smile during an otherwise incredibly difficult time. Thank you, Emma, for being such a bright spot these past three days. Your character and the way you treat people matter more than you probably know. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves.

    The advertised they are open till 3 am I order at 9:30pm and never got my food try calling 3 times no answer. Will never order here again

    Out of bread and the bathrooms were dirty. But not like just haven’t been cleaned that day dirty— haven’t been cleaned in weeks black grime in toilets and around sink dirty. Also subs didn’t have much meat on them. We won’t be back to this location.

    The food was fine at best, but is Jimmy John’s corporate aware that this is one of their restaurants?? This restaurant is an incredibly strange space to be in. There was a sign in there that said “experience is when you get what you don’t want”. That’s not the kind of messaging I want from a restaurant! I would prefer to get what I want when I pay for it! Overall the decor was just really off-putting. There was a sign that said “no hippies allowed” and another that said “we’d like to see you naked”. I can take a joke, but the overall vibe of the place didn’t give me the sense that it was much of a joke, even if corporate hands these signs out to all their restaurants in an attempt to be funny. Based on atmosphere alone I wouldn’t go back.
