  I am appalled at what happened to me at chipotle on Thursday may 7, 2026. I show up to chipotle a little bit early than my pickup time was but I was fine with waiting. I told them my name and they went to go get my food. We sat there for about 15 minutes waiting on them. They come back to the window and I am greeted with a friendly guy at the window with my food. I open it up and find that either they gave me half a bowl worth of my food, ot someone ate my order and then put it back in the bag. This is disgusting if true and they should be ashamed of themselves. I can see the residue of the chicken on the side of the bowl from where it was there before and it looks as if it was removed. I will mostly not be coming back here and I hope this never happens to anyone else.

  Food is super good…when they have it. I’ve been here multiple times in the evening and they are always out of lettuce, or cheese, or rice or something else. How do you run out of lettuce? It takes less than five minutes to wash a head, chop it up and toss it in a pan. There’s also a Walmart NM literally next door that sells lettuce, if they were actually out. Additionally, there’s never silverware stocked in the dining room. Forever ordering a bowl I get to eat with a spoon at best or knife at worst. Never had a fork available from the dining room here. Looking at other reviews, these types of issues are extremely common and an obvious reflection of poor management. Additionally, you can’t tip the staff with your card and in 2026 almost no one carries cash. That’s super unethical, there’s no way it’s impossible for you guys to accept tips off a card and distribute it to your almost certainly underpaid staff. Manager is obviously paid enough not to care though, with the job security to allow these mistakes to go on for the years of reviews calling out issues like this.

  I went to Chipotle tonight and honestly had a really frustrating experience. After I had already started ordering, I was told they were out of white rice and lettuce, which definitely should’ve been communicated before I got in line. What made it worse is that I literally saw more white rice get brought out while I was ordering, so I asked if I could get a side of it. The manager, Kaitlyn, told me it was “for online orders only” and refused, even after I said I’d place a separate order. I really don’t understand how that makes sense if the food is there, customers standing in line should be able to order it too. On top of that, the attitude from the manager came off as pretty rude and dismissive, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. Overall, not a great experience at all. One of the workers even said she would give us a side of the rice and her manager snapped at her and us and was so rude.

  Came in at 9, they close at 11 mind you. Chairs were put up so no customers can eat. No white rice. No queso. Burrito the size of a hamster knuckle. And all the agua fresca containers were cleaned out. Please

  It's ALWAYS something at this location! Where is management?! I gave 3 stars only because I typically don't have many issues because, to be honest, I make way with what they have when they run out of all meats except for one, or don't have the rice I want, or don't have beans or veggies. Probably because I always go in rather than ordering online or going through the drive-thru. At some point, things have to give. I walked in today and they were only taking online orders because they were backed-up. How do y'all continue to allow online orders to roll in when y'all ALSO have your drive-thru and walk-in customers? You would think you'll stop all online orders after a certain point, so that it doesn't intervene or cause issues with the rest of your establishment.
