  So I came through drive through and the young lady literally acted like she was using the card machine and took my card to a whole other side of the restaurant and took a picture of my front and back of my card. I took a picture of her. I asked her what was the purpose of that and she paused then smiled and said “ummmm our card system doesn’t really work sometimes”. She had another co worker acquainted her while doing so. When I exposed her by asking why take my card and not ask for another payment method she smirked and laughed off the reason why she took a picture of my card.

  It took 20 minutes to get cold food and the employee could have a better attitude when answering a simple question

  Hardly any meat on the hamburger. Mostly bun and no flavor Kohl's as well

  I placed a mobile order and went to pick up. Got all of my food except for the sauce. I would not be upset if the sauce was free… but that is NOT the case. They charge 69 cents for a single sauce cup. It is absolutely unacceptable to not give me my sauce if I have to pay that much for it. Also, the attitudes of the workers is a problem. Every single time I have been I am greeted with lifeless employees who hand you the food looking like they spit on it before placing it in the bag. UPDATE: I visited this establishment and ONCE AGAIN did NOT receive my sauce. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable! Oh… AND they also put onions on my burger when my mobile order informed them not to.
