  So I have had two unpleasant experiences with Sal’s pizza. The first time in September 2026, my husband and I picked up A to go Order after being advised they were closing early. We picked up the pizza and salad at 8:00pm. I tipped 25% on the to go order, which is overly Generous. As I was double checking our order, I saw we had only one small salad dressing and I asked for a second one. The cashier had to run my Apple Pay on my phone again for $.59. I told her just to deduct it off the 25% tip that I had given. Anyway, she was very aggravated and rude, and probably just trying to close up early. The second time I tried to call and place a to go Order, The lady said they were closing early and that the kitchen was closed. This was at 8:12 PM. Google says they close at 9 o’clock. I’m not sure who this young lady is, but she is definitely not good for the food industry. I ended up calling Tramici, who was very gracious and kind and happy To have our business! You can have a great restaurant, but it’s the people that you remember. Unfortunate…

  Great experience, I consider myself a pizza connoisseur and this pizza definetely passes the test. It’s perfectly crisp on the bottom and the sauce and cheese are great. The staff was very attentive and had the food out quick. My 8 year old is also a very picky eater and I was amazed he put down three large slices and to quote him “it was the best pizza he’s ever had.”

  Hostess at the door very rude and unprofessional... Such a bad first impression.. when I was finally seated at the bar.. the bartender completely ignored me... The regular at the bar finally told her to come over and take my order when he saw me sitting there forever!! Just moved to Saint Simons.. such a shame my first night here!

  A traditional Italian Pizzeria restaurant. I've had the pastas here which are great and tonight I split a medium pizza with a friend and it was top notch NY style Italian Pizza.
