- JLJoey LaneDec 21, 20231.0I ordered from this location via the Pizza Hut website on 12/17 at approximately 6:15PM with an estimated delivery time of 6:45PM. After an hour of the tracker being stuck on “We’re making your order,” I called the location to be told that they are now closed for the night. When I inquired about my order, the employee informed me that my order was never picked up by Doordash. Since I ordered directly from the Pizza Hut site, I knew nothing about DoorDash delivering my order. The location never called me to tell me the order was being delivered by doordash or that there was an issue. I was told that I would have to dispute the order with Doordash, who once again, I had NO information on since I placed the order through Pizza Hut directly. I called Pizza Hut corporate the same night, and I was told that I would receive a response from management within 3 business days. It has been four days and no response; however; the charge is still on my account.

Not ever ordering from this pizza hut again. Delivered to our hotel and wish I could get my delivery fee and tip back. Sucked!

I like pizza hut they have good saucy pizza but wasn't the case tonight. I came home opened it up spoiler alert no cool shelf box but when I opened the cinnamon rolls they where more like cinnamon nuggets and the pizza was dry and tasted old. I ordered the pizza and sat outside for 15 min til done so it shouldn't of been dry. Disappointed
