  Tried the new steak and cheese. Don't waste your money for over $10 for just the sandwich and it was more bread than anything on top of that half the bread was hard as a rock as if it was microwaved.

  We got there about 5:00 till 10:00 and left about 10:25 we were the only people in line and waited over 25 minutes for two sandwiches and some jalapeno poppers we didn't even get our straws it was horrible it shouldn't have taken that long when the lady made our milkshakes and handed them to us we had them 10 minutes before she even come back to the window but then they're halfway melted cuz she didn't give us our straws I understand people forget things but as long as we had to wait and for the quality quality of the food it was horrible and every time you go there in the evening the ice machine must they must never fix the ice machine because they are always out of ice always it was one of the most worst experiences and most nastiest food I've ever had and I don't the jalapeno poppers weren't even done all the way and it took over 25 minutes for us to get two sandwiches and jalapeno poppers and I'm not joking they didn't even give us any Arby's sauce or anything and we didn't have a chance to ask we had to be quick when we tried to tell him what sauces we wanted and they didn't close till 11:00 so it's not like we were there 5 minutes till they close when was the double r&b cheddar and the other was the new steak and cheese and we spent $36

  Don't let people order something that you're out of. If you can't make it , don't let it be an option . Why do i need to come back and tell you my order was wrong for you to tell me you are out and you just made it whatever way you wanted
