  Look, the bar is set pretty low with fast food these days, but this place isn’t even trying. 3rd time I’ve ordered through Door Dash and received missing items each time. The bags are sealed so I know it’s on the restaurant side. Well tonight, they left out MOST of my order. They left out: 2 orders of nacho fries Chips anc cheese Cinnabons 2 tacos And the managed to mess up the things they did bring. Don’t waste your time with this place.

  Taco bell y'all freaking suck in Springfield Ga I went there yesterday to get a lil something well I go to the drive through and ordered my food and she never told me the price of it all she said was pull to the front I do that and the damn girl is just stay there staring at me like hello can I get my food I get it and it's so nasty 🤢🤢 it was soggy and cold he was the worst I have had I won't ever go bayto y'all and y'all wonder y y'all don't get no service y'all freaking suck and the girl that worked at the window she needs a talk to cause he she doesn't have a clue how to do drive through again it's won't happen again 😡😡😡😡

  I typically really like this Taco Bell but tonight was not it. Ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was just a cold tortilla with cold chicken and unmelted cheese. How do you accidentally send food out that wasn’t even cooked? I could never imagine working somewhere and not doing at least the bare minimum. There was also lettuce on it for some reason. Stop smoking carts in the restaurant and maybe you can be capable enough to make one of your most popular menu items.

  Trying to eat food in this restaurant is impossible. 5 or 6 teenagers working and no visible management, not any that care. The cursing and screaming coming from behind the counter puts a stain on an already stigmatized franchise, especially when there are children in the lobby. When respectfully asking them to keep the language PG, i was met with rolling eyes and silence for about 30 seconds, then it started right back up. You can guarantee we will NOT be back and I will recommend that Springfield do the same to these folks that they did to the previous s place here. This was just a DISGUSTING EXAMPLE of how a restaurant should be handled. Rest assured, details are going to corporate taco bell. With receipts!!!

  The crunchwrap supreme i ordered today had no meat on it. I was missing the cinnamon twists, missing the jalapeño sauce, the mild sauce packets. The only correct things I got were the fries (that came out fresh)and tenders(that were cold) I understand i should have checked to make sure everything was there but when I have a pregnant wife craving for taco bell and cinnamon twists id hope that my order was correct so that I didn't have to keep her waiting.
