We understand: it's the 4th of July and your high school staff called in last second, or just didn't show up. HOWEVER, the 3 workers that held it together when we got there were troopers. Yeah, we sat a tad longer than usual when waiting for our order, and the people after sat much longer, but they still acted as if they loved their job. I know, "fake it until you make it," but it seemed genuine. They worked really hard, and I hope they got extra help eventually. To hold in your personal frustrations towards your coworkers (I assume, that's how nice they were) when they don't show up is a big deal. On top of all that, the food was actually pretty good too! Sometimes the short-staffed or personal drugs of the staff is reflected in the quality of the food, but I think this was an exception!

Everything was hot and fresh. Right after we placed the order they promptly notified us of an item that was out of stock and replaced it. Friendly and helpful staff.

"I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru from the Springfield GA location. The employee, Anya, seemed bothered by every question we asked and was very unfriendly throughout the interaction. Customer service should make customers feel welcome, but that was not the case during our visit.
To make matters worse, our order was entered incorrectly, and a drink was missing. My husband had to go inside the restaurant to get the missing item, which defeated the purpose of using the drive-thru in the first place.
Everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management addresses these issues and provides additional customer service training to help prevent similar experiences in the future."
