- MMMarcus3 days ago2.0I ordered a steak burrito from here and was not impressed at all. The food was super cold, the meat had more fat and gristle than anything and the veggies were soggy. I guess they couldn’t wrap my burrito properly, so they used another tortilla to close it. It was entirely too much bread for my liking. I guess I’ll stick to the location closer to my home.

I purchased four meals which two meals were marked with the BOGO discount; however, one entree still displayed a charge. I spoke with the cashier and presented my receipt with the error. Her only concern was the entree was marked with the promotion and that is how the system prints it out. No effort to figure out why the system is still charging for this promotion or to get anyone to assist her. So I just left the facility to keep the situation from escalating.

I waited in line for 20 minutes and when I finally got someone to serve me, they told me that they were out of all the meat… They had nothing to offer at 10:15 at night. The grills were shut down, The employees were pulling the grills out and cleaning Behind it, The front line was cleaned and put up, And the employees were shutting the location down an hour early. So I was not able to get any food. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Just because it’s Saturday night does not mean you get to close the location early just so you can leave. I should be able to walk into this location up until 11 PM and order a full course meal.
