I arrived at the restaurant before 9pm. They informed us they had no lettuce, cheese, corn or veggies left. I ordered for my kids only and then sat down. A few minutes later I see them pulling out corn and a few minutes after that I observed another customer telling them they had lettuce in the back and he demanded them to serve it to him which they did. I would NEVER come here again. This location needs major changes in staff. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I love chipotle so I would probably visit once or twice a week just moved to this area and this by far THE WORST ONE I ever spent my money at the line is horrible its always dirty beans and meat dried up so Im pretty sure its no water in the steam table. One visit at 9:26 they are closing down the line even though the close time is 11.The customer service is nonexistent rude and poor quality food.
I read the reviews; they weren't flattering. I decided to give them a chance anyway. l walked in at 4:30 the line was to the door as expected. It was clean and everyone was polite. I left and said I would return after my appointment. I returned at 8. A customer was exiting w/o food. She looked at me, I sensed something was wrong, but I made myself assume she ate inside, and she was full. I see a line. As I exit the car, she gets out of her car b/c her conscious wouldn't allow me to enter. Thank God. She said, "They are waiting on chicken and steak to cook (5-10); they have no peppers and onions." She informed me something else was also unavailable, but I zoned out at peppers and onions. Ma'am, whereever you are, thank you. I never entered; thus, I didn't have to experience the pain of having to walk out hungry. Come on Chipotle. It sounds like it is time to hire a new evening manager and retrain the staff. I suggest you close a week, reorganize and reopen. Let the people know you care about quality customer service in the community.

I recently visited the Chipotle on Campbellton Road in Atlanta, Georgia, and I was deeply disappointed. The atmosphere and energy were extremely poor, and the customer service was equally lacking. On multiple visits, I encountered staff with dismissive and unfriendly attitudes. I also observed that the cleanliness was a serious concern—the food pans were consistently dirty, the bathrooms were neglected, and trash was often overflowing. I took the time to speak with management and emphasized that, as part of the Black community, we have a choice: we can support businesses in our own communities or branch out, and I stressed that we must do better in these establishments. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously because we all want to uplift and support our communities, especially in places like this.

I was traveling and stopped by this location. The attitudes are horrible, from the tall, light-skinned girl with black glasses who apparently hates her job to the petite, dark-skinned lady with the long ponytail. Management needs to address these attitudes. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to.
Not only were they out of many items, but the restaurant was also dirty. Sour cream was in the pico, and cheese was in the corn. Food was all over the counter, and the lettuce was brown. You can’t have both a bad attitude and an unclean restaurant. Please provide customer service training for your staff immediately, or they should consider finding jobs they enjoy.
