  When it comes to a great customer experience, you expect nothing less from Chick-fil-A — especially in California, where the standard is usually exceptional. In Georgia, however, it can sometimes be hit or miss. But this Fairburn location consistently stands out, and when Bob is working, “great” becomes absolutely brilliant. We come here at least once a week, and over the last several visits we hadn’t seen Bob, so we honestly assumed he had been promoted — maybe even to District Manager — because the level of service he provides is truly world-class. We were genuinely stunned to find out he isn’t even a manager. His work ethic, professionalism, consistency, and attention to customers are incredibly rare. The kind of dedication he shows is something you almost never see anymore, even from management. What I also admire about this location is how they usually have a dedicated lobby leader making sure everything stays clean, organized, and welcoming. At a busy Chick-fil-A, especially during peak hours, that role makes a huge difference — and this team understands that. Thank you, Bob — YOU ROCK!!! 👏 Chick-fil-A needs more employees like you. You make this location special, and your hard work absolutely does not go unnoticed.

  The store is clean and they also are pretty fast with.Can you out of there, We usually get breakfast in the early morning.Rush hour from my son school , and it turns out to be okay for his time wise,,,

  Went through the drive thru, was told that they weee out of mac so I said ok just give me some fries. I would have been ok but the fries that they gave me were cold. So not only did I not get what I wanted I got food I don’t even want to eat. I also don’t know if there is some sort of rule now that limits the amount of sauces that you get, but I wanted 3 sauces and I got 2 . Is one more sauce really that much to ask for.

  I had a really great experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Olivia. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, respectful, and had a genuine positive attitude that made the whole visit better. She took my order carefully, made sure everything was right, and didn’t rush me at all. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes you feel that welcomed just ordering food. Olivia definitely stands out and is a big reason I’d want to come back.

  The mobile drive thru is ridiculous. They merge it with the regular drive thru lane so it ends up taking a long time. They have the ability to operate it as two lanes and have done so in the past, but make it to where those that order it ahead do not receive their food any faster.
