  I went inside with because I was having an issue with the mobile app . They were super helpful my food came out fast and they had great energy and very nice people

  Disappointed because I ordered here for an early lunch. Ordered 2 Bahama Mama smoothies and 2 chipotle chicken flatbreads. Order was delivered by DoorDash and I only received the smoothies. I never got the sandwiches

  I've gone here many many times, and everytime I go foods always been good! Only once did my food get messed up, but since everything on the menu is good... I wasnt upset! Actually introduced me to a new food from there I liked. I actually like the smoothies here more from smoothie king because the smoothies here don't taste like they have 5 pumps of added sugar. They taste sweet, but reasonably sweet .. like fruit should taste!

  I've come to this location a few times which I would (and have on average) rate a solid 4...nothing to good or bad but solid average service...today however I chose to walk over to this location prior to coming to place an order to get confirmation on whether or not they had a particular item, at this time I was told by a young female employee that I normally interact with and was informed that the item in question was in stock and could be purchased...I was grateful for the information and let her know so was going to get my wallet and returned within 5mins to make the purchase, this is when the experience went downhill, as I was attempting to place my order the young man at the register wanted to confirm if they had everything needed to make one of my the items that I was requesting, before I could direct him on who I had just spoken to, someone (I'm assuming some form of management) abrasively informed the young man that they could not make the item...when I attempted to inquire about the next closet thing their menu had to offer so that the item could potentially be recreated I was just continuously met with the statement of "we can't make the base"... In an efforts further understand what ingredient was actually missing from the bowl itself to see if I could create something customly that would suffice the order I was attempting to place, the customer service extended out to me to do so was non-existent at best... This was very disheartening and resulted in me not placing one of my orders and a cautionary stance regarding if I want to place orders in the future...
