  Just left here. Cashier called me a stupid b**** with an attitude because I asked why they didn’t call me to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. She thought I wouldn’t respond and then got upset when I did. I asked for a refund and she didn’t even know how to do it and had to call someone else over the phone. Then she said today was here last day because she couldn’t deal with people and their attitudes. You work in customer service. You will deal with people like the rest of us but you don’t get to curse customers because someone simply asked you a question. She was also on the phone as if she wasn’t even working the whole time.

  Stop by a few days ago , needing some comfort food. I had an amazing experience! When I purchased cheese sticks, Not only did I get a great tasting serving. The manager name Kate, her CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING!!! I have To sing her praises, because it's rare nowadays to get good customer service unfortunately. So when you get it , It's only fair to acknowledge!!!!!!! I shall return!

  EVERYTIME I come here my food is made incorrectly they don’t read the instructions. Then they get mad at you when they mess it up and have to remake it. This isn’t the first time this is a EVERYTIME thing I will no longer get pizza or anything else from them….

  Go somewhere else. Ordered a advance order for pick up and still had to wait 15 mins. Messed up the order twice in the past.

  In short order was delivered late, the pizza was cold and 12 wings were missing. Our order came 40 minutes later than estimated time, so time from order placed to delivery was 70 to 80 minutes. It was so late that the pizza had cooled down to room temperature. The door dash or their outsourced delivery guy left the pizza box on the door mat and left. He did not even ring the bell. I missed the time when the delivery guy pulls out the pizza from the keep-warm bag and hand it to you. I’m not sure if the Tip works because I included the 20% tip when I placed the order. Or maybe drivers don’t expect tips as cash anymore.
