  First time at this location. Greated by manager. Got the impression "it's just a job", no extra effort needed. Server was more personable. Filet was cooked as ordered, but taste was off and was stringy. Replaced with different cut of meat, not much better than filet. Good thing I ckd bill, as they did not adjust price. This is also another restaurant that figures the tip for you, which is overcharged. Always choose "Custom", and do the math yourself. In all, disappointed for our anniversary luncheon.

  We were celebrating a high school graduation. I appreciate the call ahead option to make sure that they could handle our group of 18. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly seated us and got us started with drinks and appetizers. The food was delicious and cooked just as everyone requested. The manager, David, served us beyond our expectations! He brought out a congratulatory slice of their rich and delicious carrot layer cake for our graduate. He also stopped to talk with us numerous times to make sure we received the best service. We had an excellent experience at this Snellville Outback restaurant!

  They accommodated our 14 adults and 3 children quickly. The wait staff treated us very well. Friendly and smiling. We enjoyed the bloomin' onion and mild and slightly spicy wings. Our steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. The manager, David checked in on us several times. He went above and beyond expectations. He even gave my son a slice of carrot cake to commemorate his high school graduation. The cake was very rich, the frosting was very creamy in a word, delicious. A great place for a family celebration.

  We had a very large party (20ish including 5 littles) and the team handled our order with grace, made us feel welcome and were very accommodating, especially for the little ones. We were celebrating an event and they surprised our brother with a cake which was extremely kind. They went above and beyond in all areas. I wish I had gotten out servers name, she was wonderful. But I did get the managers name, who made sure we were well cared for, David, thank you for making sure we had a great dinner!

  I’m honestly shocked at how poor this experience was, especially for the price. I ordered a ribeye for delivery and what I received was clearly not a ribeye. The cut was extremely lean in some areas and filled with tough, inedible fat and gristle in others. There was none of the marbling or tenderness you expect from a ribeye. Instead, it was chewy, unevenly cooked, and difficult to eat. To make matters worse, I had ordered this exact meal just a couple of days prior and it was excellent. This time, it was a completely different quality of meat, which makes the inconsistency even more frustrating. For over $50, this felt like a complete waste of money. I don’t mind paying for a good steak, but I absolutely mind being sent a low-quality cut that doesn’t match what was advertised. If you’re ordering from this location, especially for delivery, be aware that what you receive may not match what you paid for. This was disappointing enough that I would seriously reconsider ordering from here again.
