    So it's 10 at night and I'm coming home from a 13 hour day at work. I'm tired and hungry. I stop here for dinner. I get a large Big Mac meal, classic choice. I come home just to find that I got half of the fries that I paid for. In this picture I even took the loose fries out of the bag and put them in the fry box before taking the picture. Please give me the food I actually pay for!

    every time i come here my order is wrong. so many bad attitudes especially after THEY get my order wrong and I say something about it. they are so worried abt moving the drive thru but not quality of service. I won’t be returning to this location again, i’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to a different place or go to the chick-fil-a down the street where they at least can get my order right

    I’ve had okay experiences at this location in the past, but my recent visit was incredibly frustrating. I waited 15 minutes in a curbside spot watching the drive-thru clear out, only to receive lukewarm fries and get all the way home to find my main entree completely missing. When I drove back to get it fixed, there was zero urgency and not even a simple apology for the major inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but the lack of basic customer service and accountability this time was really disappointing.

    Today was the peak of something that's happened multiple times and I avoided doing this because I get it, this kind of work absolutely sucks. I've done it myself. But this is absolutely ridiculous so let's get into it. I wanna preface this with the fact that I exclusively drive through to order with the mobile app. I don't normally have too many issues during the day. They sometimes have a line and sometimes I have to wait, but I want to say 1 time out of 20 times on average I get the "what did you order again" and have to give back the receipt and make sure they get the order right. Other times during the day it's like 30% prompt 65% "I have to wait a bit" which isn't a big deal. But the night orders are atrocious. It's a coin flip whether or not it goes smoothly (prompt greeting at the drive through comms, order being remembered, order being done right). We're five times into being asked what my order was again (i'm like one of two people there, and I have to tell them the WHOLE order, they'll get wrong medium fries and I'll clarify it's large fries, or some time before coke has ice when I ordered no ice, etc.). But this time was the pinnacle. No salt on the fries whatsoever. I had to get a salt grinder out myself at home and they were good as new, but that's not what I paid for. But the burger... oh my God dude... Pictured is the Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe. You know that extra that you pay for the tomato, lettuce, etc. Well not present here, enjoy your double quarter Mayo and Pickle deluxe! And I get it man, I get that the mcd's is understaffed. They all are. I've been there. But this is so unacceptable! I've been very patient, not wanting to put a review up, but this double quarter deluxe and fries screwup has me speechelss. It's 11.79 for the meal to not be what I ordered. I've had situations where I'm waiting outside the comms terminal for 5 whole minutes until I'm finally asked for my order. I've had many times where my order is forgotten. Today is the only time my burger is messed up and fries unsalted. The repeated issues peaked today and that's why I'm doing the review. I'm sorry for humiliating whoever worked tonight, but this can't happen to a $12 meal.
