  I took my son to this McDonald's because it has a playground... and because it’s close to my house. The first time I went, the young woman who served me was rather unfriendly; I assumed she might just be stressed from her shift, but the second time I visited, I felt the same hostility. I won't be going back to that place—honestly, my experience there was far from the best. The conclusion I’ve drawn is that it’s because of my nationality—specifically, because I am Hispanic—since I noticed that they are very friendly with other people.

  they forgot our sauces. After charging us $.35 just to forget it in the bag. Then when we came back, they said that we were lying. The audacity of these people don’t come here.

  I don't even want to give a 1 star. I took my son to this location for breakfast on May 9th at 10:15am when a manager in the kitchen started yelling so load that you can hear him from the parking lot. Not just yelling but using every swear word you can think of load enough that the entire dining room can hear. I guess normalizing such language and behavior is standard now. How about teaching your employees to be more considerate to your guests. Never again shall I bring my business to this location.

  Yall wasted an hour of my life. I don't get it. Got a curbside order for the family. That took 10 mins, no big deal. I had points to spend so I ordered a happy meal for curbside. 25 mins passed....order kept saying on the way, then it disappeared, and showed completed. Mind you it wasn't busy at this point. Had to walk in. It was just sitting on the counter, no explanation. They handed it to me. Drove 10 mins home. Fries luke warm. Took everything out and they forgot the most expensive burger from the first order. Kids were in a rush to eat so they ate. Drove back, told them the issue, it was just sitting in the food tray the entire time over 50 mins. Drove back home....started to eat. Stupid me, they ALSO forgot 1 of the McChicken's. At this point, I'm taking my losses. I'm genuinely puzzled at how hard it must be to put the right item in a bag. By the time I eat, all of the food is cold. Thanks.

  I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The staff refused to serve me because my kids were “too loud,” which felt completely unreasonable. It’s a family-friendly place, and kids make noise—it’s normal. On top of that, the employees were rude and dismissive. Really disappointing service. Customer service should include some level of understanding, especially in an environment that clearly caters to families. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
