I bought four dozen donuts, and the quality was all over the place. The donuts were completely inconsistent in size — some were full-sized, others were basically mini donuts. The glaze was uneven, with some donuts barely glazed at all while others were overloaded. Worst of all, several donuts were undercooked and raw in the middle. I expected way better quality control. Very disappointing experience.

The one thing that is super consistent here is the staff is friendly! The donuts are always fresh even if that lights not on, staff always gives you fresh donuts. It's a good experience that's consistent.

SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE. DON'T GO HERE.
This morning 1040 am.
Got into drive thru. Wanted to order Make your own 3 doughnut box and 24 dots.
In front of me already at the window, a car trying to get their order placed. 3 to 4 minutes after we joined, we move ahead.
We call out our order - 1 Glazed, 1 Chocalate Kreme filled and 1 Raspberry filled.. The order taker records 1 DOZEN Glazed, 1 DOZEN Chocalate Kreme filled and 1 DOZEN Raspberry filled.
We try to clarify. She does not understand. We give up. Drive round and walk in.
There are FOUR in line - no one being actively served. After a minute or so, one male arrives at the counter with movements that are slow and lazy - no sense of urgency.
The first person is placing his order, the counter guy is making mistakes - placing a the wrong flavor in the box, taking out.
We scan the display - FOUR TRAYS of pink frosting topped with Sprinkles. FOUR MORE TRAYS OF CHOCALATE glazed topped Sprinkles. A lonely ONE doughnut which is Raspberry filled.
AND NO DOTS ON A SATURDAY MORNING!!
WE WALK OUT - SO WE CANNOT RATE THE FOOD.
Giving one star is generous….As an Gwinnett County educator for more than two decades, I’ve spent a lot of money purchasing Kristy Kreme while bringing joy to my colleagues and students. This is NOT the location for service.
My experience for the past several months has been unpleasant. Kathy, a team member, was extremely nasty without care or respect for the customer. I wish that I could say that “maybe she was having a bad day…” absolutely not. I’ve experienced the same flippant, nasty attitude during afternoon/evening visits to the store.
This afternoon I asked for a fresh brew of coffee. She scoffed and said, “ We’re not making fresh coffee, it’s COMMON SENSE drink the coffee brewed this morning.” I asked to speak with the manager. She walked away, shrugging her shoulders and throwing her hand towards me! (Again, this wasn’t the first time encountering Kathy’s behavior. I don’t understand...) She returned to the window and said that James, the manager, wants me to come inside. However, going inside wasn’t an option as my little one was half asleep. I told her that I would have to cancel the order. She smirked and shrugged her shoulders again with a “so what, goodbye” attitude.
I don’t expect anything to change, but hopefully other educators and the right person in leadership will read this review. Investing in quality training for professional and interpersonal skills (the basic) will yield the highest revenue. People respect and invest where they feel valued. It’s definitely worth driving farther to a location where customers are treated with respect. Don’t settle for “we’re the only Krispy Kreme on this side of town, you need us no matter how we treat you… your total is $157.77.” I can’t wait to share my experience with school staff, trainings, and district professional developments. We will not support this location. Hopefully, you will consider the poor reviews and make a decision of who is WORTHY of your hard earned money!

Stopped by around 9:30 last night (4/18) and waited at counter with no service. Realized a man and his son who were sitting had already been waiting several minutes. Line grew to 8 - 9 customers despite workers cleaning seeing us but no acknowledgement whatsoever. After several minutes, I stepped far enough behind the counter to call around the wall to ask if anyone was going to serve us. Just a blank look but she did call out to someone who very slowly walked out with no communication other than asking for our order. No urgency at all with a now full lobby waiting. Glazed donuts were not fresh... not anywhere close to the quality I'm used to.
Also stopped by a few weeks ago and they were closed early (at least half an hour which could be reasonable if out of product). But...it's just adds to the low expectations I have for this location and I'll skip this one from now on.
