This is the worst location to patronize. They always have issues and never want to honor the deals on the website. I’d rather drive out of my way if I want donuts because this location is horrible. Nobody ever seems to know what is going on.

When I come in the mornings they are never opened as described. The window sticker states that they open at 6. Mind you at 6:30 they were not open. When I went through the drive thru and asked, the lady on the intercom stated that she was the only one there. After I made my 4 dozen order and drove to the window I see two other individuals. Put up a sign. This location is not professional and it makes me want to just go to Dunkin event though I prefer Krispy Kreme.

Rude manager, i tried to fix a order where one of the employees missed something, it was near closing and i called just in case, i call no answer, which is fine so i call in the next day, no answer, and then i go in person and ask for help and the manager was super rude, never going there again

I am very disappointed in this location. I had stopped by another Krispy Kreme on Pleasant Hill, and I wanted old-fashioned cake donuts. They did not have them, so I checked the menu of a couple of locations, and their website said they were out. However, this location said they had them in stock. So much so that I even placed an order for a half dozen and drove 25 minutes over there to pick them up. When I got there, they said they were out, and the manager came to the window. He said that he meant to take them off the website. He was unsure how they still remained on there, but he said that he would go and remove them. He apologized and offered to refund my money as if that's some kind gesture. Giving me my money back is a given. I'm most disappointed because aside from giving me my money back, I was not offered much else for an obvious inconvenience and an obvious error on Krispy Kreme's part. I asked for a cup of water, and he said they don't have cups of water; they only have bottles. You mean you could not even offer me a bottle of free water for driving 25 minutes one way? I was very disappointed in how he handled this. He really offered me my money back like that's a customer service flex or something. Needless to say, I will never return to this location ever.
Tried to order the summer lineup & another dozen of regular. Lady working the drive thru seemed not to know the menu..when she finally snapped back into reality she said they were out of strawberry. I said they could sub blueberry. She came back on & said they were out of cake donuts with some passion. I asked why..with passion she said because we're out. I then drove with some passion to Dunkin. Waste of time & fuel. Do better Krispy Kreme.
