  Thus was my second time there, the first time was ok, I came June 24, 2026 with a friend of mine which was his first time around 8:30 pm, the tables was wobbly and need to be fixed so we end up sitting at the bar which was dirty, we asked the bartender to wipe it off when we finally got her attention, she had a bad attitude, her service was slow and we were unattended, we need water while eating, it took her forever to find time to stop to see what we wanted after several attempts and she totally ignoring us, she brought the water 10 minutes later, we needed a refill but couldn't get her attention again for it, what happened to checking on you guests from time to time even if you are busy which she wasn't because it in about 5 guests in the building, later she was doing hookah which is very unprofessional while you are working and have guests who need something and you don't have a clue, customer service has going down the drain and part of the reason is because the tip is automatically added, I totally understand automatic graterity but you need to earn it, the service was very poor and wings was over cooked.

  Empire Lounge in Snellville was definitely a vibe! The food was REALLY good from start to finish. We had the catfish & grits, waffles, shrimp tacos, oxtail pasta, and the Rasta pasta with salmon — and every dish hit! The flavors were on point, portions were good, and everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. The atmosphere made the experience even better. The music selection was 🔥 — a perfect mix of reggae, Afrobeats, R&B, and hip-hop that kept the energy up all evening. Great food, great vibes, and a good time overall. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re in the Snellville area!
