  Empire Lounge is a hidden gem in Snellville if you've never been. Music will have you vibing all night long. The food is great! Loved my drinks, which were made by the lovely Kiyah. Definitely recommend this spot to all.

  I have been coming to Empire for some years now. My experience has always been great, but for the past couple of weeks it’s been exceptional!!! Stephanie the bartender is AMAZING, and her drinks are chefs kiss. I will definitely come back more often now that she’s there.

  I went there Saturday night, August 8th around 1:00am technically Sunday morning, and I have to say this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had there. I’ve been coming to this establishment for about 10 years and have never experienced customer service this poor. I stood at the bar while the two bartenders purposely ignored me, as well as another woman who was also trying to get their attention. They clearly heard us, continued walking past us, and even rolled their eyes. One of the bartenders’ names was Bria. I did not get the other young lady’s name, but from what I could tell, it was her birthday. I initially walked out and complained to someone at the front door. They brought me back inside so one of the ladies could take our orders. The gentleman then walked away, and Bria continued to ignore us. At that point, I walked out again with my guests. I will say that the gentleman at the front was very kind and offered to make my drink himself. I appreciated the gesture, but by then I was embarrassed and simply ready to leave. What made the situation even more disappointing was that another woman sitting at the bar actually said to me, “Please don’t leave, I’ll order your drinks for you.” I shouldn’t have to rely on another customer to get service after paying a cover charge and coming in as a paying customer. If the two bartenders were having a bad night, I can understand that everyone has difficult days. However, that is no excuse for deliberately ignoring customers or treating them disrespectfully. This experience was extremely unprofessional and distasteful. I have supported this establishment for 10 years, but after being treated this way, I will not be returning. If you are a woman or someone these two bartenders don’t recognize, be prepared to potentially be ignored. I sincerely hope management addresses this, because customers should never have to experience this kind of treatment.

  This place is a jam!!! The DJ was cutting up on friday!!! The food was delicious and hot. The women look good!! However the service was a bit slow for a not so busy night. My server left because her shift was over and the next server I believe overcharged me. I wasn't specific about my hookah but I was told inaccurate prices that was $30-40 but I was charged $51+ not including tip. I felt like my second server wasn't being honest or I wasnt told correct prices. Either way my hookah didnt feel exotic if it was. I spent over $120. I actually like this place but I probably wouldn't buy hookah here again.
