  Sweet pepper baked sandwich came cold with fragments of half a slice of bacon. What a waste! I’m so disappointed. This is the second time this has happened.

  I rarely visit Dunkin', but I stopped going to this particular location after witnessing the manager yelling at a young employee for wearing AirPods. Despite it not being busy, the manager told the kid to remove the earbuds or quit. The employee pointed out the unfair treatment, comparing it to how the afternoon shift was handled. The manager responded by praising one employee, presumably from the afternoon shift, while the other employees stood by, visibly shocked. I was a regular customer, buying two XL large hot coffees every morning, but after this incident, I stopped going and I'm glad I did. I hope Dunkin' can do better. Yelling at a kid is not okay!!

  Had an awful experience here in the drive thru. They pre take your order before u even get to the speaker. I don’t usually frequent DD so I needed to look at the menu. The employee was basically saying I couldn’t and I had to order with her. Why have a menu if I can’t look at it! Do better!

  Don't order in online to pick up and leave. You'll end up waiting order never ready. Order to pick up by certain time get there not ready. Might as well walk in and order. Service horrible

  Usually the customer service is good today for my birthday it says online that they give you a coffee for free and they got on the loudspeaker and we're so rude about it saying no we don't do that but like extremely rude I frequent this place all the time it's a different way or a nicer way you can say something
