  I put in a mobile order and I got there and it wasn’t ready so I waited for 10 minutes Luckily, I had this great server named Sadie who was working diligently to fill my order as fast as possible. She actually gave the order to someone else to Phil and that person gave it back to her for her to do so she went straight to work. Then this other employee who was at the drive-through told Sadie to hurry up with what she was doing so she could get back to her station, and I made sure that that person knew that Sadie was helping me and was doing her job and that she needed to cut her a break Sadie is awesome. if I’m being honest with you, I have no idea how there’s seven people behind the counter and it’s still incredibly slow.

  This location has had — and maybe still has — the same horrible management and customer service. It clearly trickles down into the employees. The staff often come across as rude, talk down to one another, and seem lazy in their approach to customers. As much as we like Dunkin’ and as much as the kids enjoy it, what consistently turns us away is the management team and the way they treat both employees and customers. Leadership sets the tone, and unfortunately, it shows here. When management operates poorly, the rest of the environment usually follows. So honestly, the poor customer service isn’t surprising.

  Got the $6 combo meal which included a medium coffee hot or iced hash rounds and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. It was good and you could choose the bread you wanted however when I asked for my coffee to be the dark roast they informed me that dark roast coffee was not a choice! Why? Menu board did not say that it wasn't!!

  I always come to this location, and today my order wasn’t what I expected—but Julie was so kind and remade it right away. I’ve been coming here since they opened, and the entire staff has always been helpful and kind. Truly great customer service every time!

  I usually order a medium cappuccino from other locations and it’s always fine, but this time it was barely filled. It honestly didn’t match what you’d expect for a medium. When I went back to ask about it, the staff didn’t seem happy and kept insisting that it was normal. They even called the manager, who said the same thing and came off pretty rude and unprofessional. I ended up just stuck with the drink. Overall, pretty disappointing experience.
