- NGNorberto Gomez6 days ago2.0I've been coming to this Dunkin' location for over 10 years. A couple of years ago, it was beautifully renovated, and the upgrade really made the store look great. The coffee, donuts, and beverages have always been consistent, which is why I keep coming back. My only concern is the customer service. It has changed over the last year or two. The staff used to be much friendlier—you'd be greeted, thanked, and treated warmly. Lately, many interactions feel rushed and impersonal, almost like it's just, "What do you want?" and that's it. I understand that English may not be everyone's first language, and that's completely okay. A smile, kindness, and a simple "thank you" are universal, and those small gestures make a big difference. With so many other coffee options along Highway 78, including Starbucks, great customer service is what can really set this location apart. Other than that, the store is clean, the renovation looks great, and the food and drinks are exactly what you'd expect from Dunkin'. I hope they can bring back the friendly customer service that made this location special for so many years.
- EDErin DiangeloJun 4, 20261.0more staff than other locations but cannot get the food in the right hands or simply cannot get it out in a timely manner, first my breakfast was handed off to another person, they proceeded to forget i was at their second window. so i have to go inside and wait another 10 minutes, just for the cheese to be cold, and it was provided with the bare minimum of bacon, i mean literally it was broken down and small pieces were given to me, all in all, i waited for a disappointment, this was not worth being late to work.

She actually gave the order to someone else to Phil and that person gave it back to her for her to do so she went straight to work. Then this other employee who was at the drive-through told Sadie to hurry up with what she was doing so she could get back to her station, and I made sure that that person knew that Sadie was helping me and was doing her job and that she needed to cut her a break Sadie is awesome. if I’m being honest with you, I have no idea how there’s seven people behind the counter and it’s still incredibly slow.

The staff often come across as rude, talk down to one another, and seem lazy in their approach to customers. As much as we like Dunkin’ and as much as the kids enjoy it, what consistently turns us away is the management team and the way they treat both employees and customers. Leadership sets the tone, and unfortunately, it shows here. When management operates poorly, the rest of the environment usually follows. So honestly, the poor customer service isn’t surprising.
