  I visited Dunkin’ today and ordered through the drive-thru. When I pulled around, I noticed the cashier was both handling cash and preparing orders at the same time. He was also grabbing donuts from an uncovered display without changing gloves or washing hands in between. Unfortunately, cleanliness and sanitation did not appear to be a priority during my visit. In addition, the customer service was not very friendly. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the customer experience

  🎶 Rude Customer Service at the Window 🎶 I JUST left. Having a rough morning, trying to find something on the menu to fit my specific needs as I am use to Starbucks and would like for my new go- to coffee place to be Dunkin. This location appears to be very concerned with their drive-thru time. Which I can understand as someone who has worked in customer service/food before but to make a long story short, I was not in the line long, two cars came up, I was about to order and a man check-in and yelled (or at least was very loud) and said he has a line. I was very aware of the cars, one in which just drove up. Side note: I see how they are asking people to pull forward and wait for their order rather than letting them receive their order at the window. (Which is not uncommon but I’m mentioning this to paint a picture of how fast they are moving the line.) As I sit here and write this review, I am seeing how quickly they are moving people along and or making them wait so they can move others along. I can see how this location can get busy and overwhelming, but you don’t have to yell at people. I could go into detail about how long I was there (not long) versus how they checked in and spoke to me, but either side can be debated. Bottom line, I needed some patience and grace this morning. When I worked at a drive-thru window, I would try to suggest things or ask if they had questions so I could help IF they wanted my help. I never told someone “can you order, we have a line.” These workers here at this time (Monday, May 4th approximately 10:20am - 10:40am EST) did not offer to help me. Worst case, I would have gotten out of line to get back in line if they treated me well enough or suggested it. When he yelled, I wished him a good day and left. I don’t mind doing what people suggest to make their jobs easier, but please don’t speak to me rudely. You simply don’t know what people are going through. Just treat customers with respect, especially if we didn't disrespect them first.

  Just went through the drive thru and the gentleman working there was very polite and made this a great experience. Will be back due to the great interaction and service v

  The night shift guy was drunk and cursing whoever was going to the drive thru totally disrespecting and disappointing
