- SCSinthia Claros-Amaya1 day ago1.0This place is disgusting. When I walked in there were at least 5 flies all over the donuts which were uncovered. I placed a mobile order and when I asked to replace the donuts with a different item an old Hispanic woman was extremely rude and told me there was nothing she could do. The old middle eastern woman was also rude and handling food and taking payments without ever washing her hands.

They gave me my order and it taste weird and I notice the ticket said French vanilla. I went back in the store to let me know and the lady was like she ain’t trying to hear that this is what u got. So another lady come up and said o you want a shoot of vanilla and I said yes I thought they was making it over but they did not she just add vanilla coffee to my French vanilla matcha it was so taste and not what I ask for. They need training at this location with customer satisfaction

Other reviews did a great job of capturing management's blatant disrespect and disregard towards paying customers, so I will save today's details for my formal complaint and keep this review as concise as possible: management seemingly has ZERO tolerance for Black people. The female manager, "M"-something, is unnecessarily argumentative, aggressive, and dismissive—exhibiting a level of disregard so extreme that it surpasses unprofessionalism. Her disdain reflects a deeper level of hate. Hence the lack of accommodation mentioned in several of these reviews. For example, one time she refused to open the drive thru window back up to hand me napkins. She closed it when I was in the middle of asking for them, and then turned her back to make it clear she was done servicing me. Please, do NOT give this place your business! And I say that not to punish the store, but to protect those in my community from having to endure that same treatment.

I showed them on the app and the menu that they have sparkling refreshers. They sat there and argue with me saying that they don’t have that I can only get it with eliminate green tea, which I’ve got it with sparkling water all the time every time I come there they were very rude rolling their eyes and horrible customer service. I will never return to this Establishment anymore
