I have been through the drive-thru recently and each time it is her no smile just ice cold and not friendly. I tried asking her how she was doing and she just complained about not being able to scan my phone. I tried a second time a week later same lady same face I will not be back. The Dunkin' Donuts on on Centerville Highway across from QuikTrip is the best one always friendly great staff. Also the one on Highway 78 in Stone Mountain.

We've been trying to get this fixed for weeks. So all of that is not my concern. My concerns were my money and my food. After showing them my confirmation receipt that the order was placed for this location and I was charged 5mins later I was asked what did I order a pumpkin muffin. The response to me was I'm sorry ma'am we don't have any pumpkin muffins can you come back tomorrow "I DON'T THINK SO". Especially not after being aggravated for 8mins. Tip to owner the staff need to be concerned about customer service if the system is down apologize for the inconvenience ask the customer do the have a copy of the receipt if they do proceed with their order. If you're out of what the ordered item offer them a similar item. Oh and by the way I still don't have my money nor the pumpkin muffin. This is the season for pumpkin muffins get with the program. The customer doesn't care about what is going on with your systems or operations if you're not prepared to work don't open for the day. I'm 5mins from this location and today I had to drive cross town to get my pumpkin muffin. That is ridiculous! I've been going years and never experienced what I did on yesterday. This location is definitely off my list.
