The fountain drink machine was down, there was no ice, and somehow chips were supposedly only available for online orders—which makes absolutely no sense when customers are standing right there trying to order. The dining area was completely filthy and clearly not being properly cleaned. On top of all that, the portions were ridiculously small. Paying full price and getting weak portions while dealing with dirty tables and basic items being unavailable is unacceptable. This was already a disappointing experience, but after this visit, I’m done with Chipotle. There are plenty of other places that can provide better food, cleaner dining areas, and basic customer service without making you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there. Last time eating at Chipotle.
