  I came in at 10:45pm after passing 3 other stores for the day. It was almost closing and they had a big rush. They didn’t have any chicken though and I was sad because that’s all I wanted. Kalima made sure that I was taken care of and made more chicken just for us. For me it goes a long way. I greatly appreciate her services

  The lettuce is chopped like spaghetti, I’ve got a thick sharp piece of plastic mixed into my bowl and no matter what day or month you come here, the receipt is ineligible, so it’s impossible to provide feedback. Chipotle… you’ve lost me.

  I don’t really come to chipotle but my child was hungry from his first day of school and the first thing he wanted was a bowl so I go after work tired and I’m literally just reading exactly how my child texted me so I wouldn’t mess it up and the older man at the counter was just so rude he was already packing up the food and I asked nicely I wasn’t doesn’t ordering and said a smart comment I could of been rude but I was giving him the benefit out the doubt because I could tell he was new but it doesn’t give you a reason to be mean. My son and his friends will be relocating respectfully.

  I visited this Chipotle around 9:50 p.m. on a weekday evening. While I understand it was close to closing time, the line was still very long, yet many of the food items were already running extremely low. Several basic sauces and dressings were completely unavailable, including items I needed for the meal I had already ordered. What was most frustrating was not being informed that these items were unavailable until after my order was completed. Being told to visit another location if I wanted the missing sauces and dressings was both disappointing and inconvenient. In addition, my order was not bagged properly, which only added to the poor experience. Running out of basic menu items on a regular weekday suggests that the restaurant is not preparing enough food to meet the demand throughout the day. Overall, the quality of service has noticeably declined. Customers deserve better communication, proper food preparation, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’d rather drive the extra miles to another Chipotle location than return to this one

  We frequent this Chipotle location because it is closest to our home. Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 times, they are always out of ingredients even 2 hours before closing which is unacceptable. This has been never been an issue at other Chipotles we’ve lived near. If you have the option to go to another location, do yourself a favor and skip this location.
